Very speedy delivery. Phone is in pristine condition. Updated to latest operating system. It seemed not to be very smooth at first but now working with no issues. Currently using a data eSIM whilst touring. So far so good. Would certainly recommend a refurbished handset from Back Market, this is my second!

I purchased an IPhone SE (2020) in ‘Good’ condition to replace my very well used IPhone 6. I was rather nervous about ordering a refurbished second hand phone but I needn’t of worried! Ordered on a Saturday morning and it arrived the following Monday, never received such fast delivery especially over a weekend. In much better condition than I expected, only a couple of specs here and there but hardly noticeable. Packaging was excellent. Came with a charging cable, Sim eject tool (very useful) and fitted with a screen protector. A real bonus, thank you! Overall very pleased with my purchase. Amazing service, the phone arrived the very next morning! Packaged really smartly along with a free case, stylus and a sim card ejector which was a lovely surprise. All this and half the price of any other refurbished phones I found on other sites. I chose "good" condition and it looks brand new. Really pleased I chose Back Market!

I first purchased a reconditioned phone from Back Market some while ago & it has been such an excellent phone that when my husband had an accident with his phone falling into water a few weeks ago I didn't hesitate to buy a replacement from this company again. I feel... I feel... human. I got this iphone (i dont like iphone) because I wanted a phone for my kid that was okay. This was an outstanding 'okay' phone. It's listing of 'good' was framing it as a little worn out. How wrong was I. The standards here are invigorating, hope that some things are better than expected. I took a while to convince myself to take the plunge on a refurbished phone. However I'm glad I did, and purchased from Back Market. The cost of a new phone had put me off, but finding what I wanted especially at way less than half of the price was excellent! Anyway ordering was simple and straight forward. The phone arrived quickly protected in a box with a sturdy plastic padded envelope. The phone itself was in great condition, with no marks or scratches. It needed a charge but the battery is in great shape, and holds charge well. It operates perfectly, and has done since I've had it, now just over one week. It came complete with a pre fixed screen saver, and SIM tool. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and buying experience. Based on that I'm happy to recommend Back Market.
