My Macbook Air 13-inch came quicker than expected and is in better condition than I expected. Apart from the lack of Apple packaging, there are no identifiers that this is a refurbished device. I am over the moon. Thanks Back Market for a brilliant service.

Very happy with my refurbished Apple watch series 7. I ordered the exceptional version, and it works really well and is in great condition. It had one minor scratch on it on the stainless steel rim but its so small and hardly even noticeable. The battery life has come at 92% as well which i think is very good and reasonable for the price i paid and the age of the watch with it being 4 years old. Overall i highly recommend oredering from here for a perfectly good apple watch at a very affordaable price. Cant complain and very happy.

As I was expecting (hello! Black Market is the best :D) I'm incredibly happy with my MacBook Air A2337. It's exactly what I was hoping for and what I needed. I bought it "good" and, as my previous experience with my Samsung A34, unless you look closely and may see a tiny scratch or some minor sign of wear (for instance, the keyboard), I would think it's actually "excellent". I was so excited as, although I'm not a fan of Apple's elitism and arrogance in general, I'm a sucker for design and a Mac has no rival in terms of some quirks and little details that are just awesome (quite literally). And how lightweight, compact it is, there's nothing like it. It's exactly what I needed: a device that it's practical to take to the library or to a cafe and that I don't have to plug in all the time (like my other laptop) and great to take on my trips! The size of the screen is also just perfect. The crispiness make the reduced size (compare to my main laptop) unnoticeable. Also, the TOUCHPAD! OMG I've never experience anything like it. I absolutely HATE using touchpads but this one is just incredible. I'm in no rush at all to get a mouse. The battery lasts for many hours, especially for academ...

Bought a iPhone 14 pro in 'good' conditions and I am very happy with it. Arrived with no scratches front and back and it works perfectly, have not found any fault with it and the 120hz screen is lovely. Battery life is at 87% which is higher then I expected from a refurbished phone. Will look to get a replacement for my wife as well soon.

I am so pleased with the condition of this refurbished iPhone 14. I chose a phone with more GB storage and good condition and the phone only had a very minor scratch on the body- hardly noticeable and I will be using a case anyway. Phone came with a battery life of 86% as well. definitely worth getting a 2nd hand phone from Back Market instead of new.

Absolutely brilliant. This is the first time I’ve used Back Market to buy a reconditioned phone and the whole experience has been outstanding. My wife needed a new iphone as her old one had packed up, I have never bought a reconditioned phone before so this is my first time using Backmarket, I chose the iphone 13 pro max, and decided to use the staff pick of good, I was naturally apprehensive about it. The phone turned up the next day and I was blown away by the condition, very hard to see any marks on it whatsoever, so happy with it that I am now about to order a Pixel 8 Pro for myself, again in good condition, fingers crossed it will also be superb. I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my old iPhone 7. After reading several reviews I went for a ‘good’. condition and I was not disappointed. It arrived within two days and looked brand new. Not a mark on it. So pleased my daughter has bought an identical iPhone 12 in a different colour and again, it looks brand new. Will definitely be ordering from Back Market in the future and I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new mobile to buy reconditioned.
