I bought my mum an iPhone X. It was my first time buying a refurbished phone. Came in excellent edition and looked brand new. And seems so far in great working order.

I bought a refurbished iPhone X. The phone is fine and in good condition but I’m disappointed with the battery life which is pretty poor and as bad as my old phone (I was hoping for an improvement on that front!). I’ll probably have to buy a new battery as really struggling with this one but in general my experience with Back Market was very good and I’d use them again for refurbished electronics.

Just perfect. I needed a new phone for my teenage son after he broke his last one. Can’t really afford a new IPhone and also happen to believe that children don’t really need the latest model ( they either get mugged or brake them ). He’s over the moon with his IPhone and I saved some serious money on a refurbished model. Win win.

I recently purchased an iPhone from Back Market and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Initially, my tracking information showed that the delivery would be by July 30th, but to my pleasant surprise, it arrived on July 27th. The condition of the phone is outstanding—absolutely no scratches, and it looks as good as new. Additionally, the battery health is at 100%, which is fantastic. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it came with a USB to Lightning cable; I was expecting a Type-C to Lightning charging cable. Other than that, the service exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Back Market for anyone looking for quality refurbished phones. Great job!

I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished IPhone, but my old one wasn’t charging and I didn’t want to spend stupid amounts of money on a brand new one. I needn’t have worried, the refurbished iPhone I purchased from Back Market was brilliant, looked like new and I have had absolutely no problems with it. The service from Back Markwas excellent, I would definitely recommend them and you get to help the environment too, win win!!

Phone arrived quickly and was cosmetically in Pristine condition for a very good price. However on using the phone there appear to be some technical issues. Screen scrolls upwards on its own while reading web pages/articles continuously so it’s impossible to use for these reasons & also the battery seems to charge abnormally slowly & phone gets very hot when charging. Unsure if I would use this company again on this basis. I have bought refurbished phones previously from other providers quite a few times and have never had any issues

I bought a refurbished iPhone X described as in excellent condition. I was apprehensive as I’ve not bought myself a refurbished phone before. Arrived quickly, well parcelled, and absolutely is in excellent condition! It’s like a new phone. Battery capacity is 100%, so above the minimum stated for refurbs. I have absolutely no complaints so far, and as long as it continues as is, I will definitely purchase from BackMarket again. I love my phone.
