The laptop was in excellent condition and arrived quickly. There was a good selection to choose from and the whole process was really easy. This was my first time purchasing a reconditioned laptop and I would definitely do so again from Back Market.

Woooo - I LOVE Backmarket! New Dell Inspiron worked out of the box - loaded with Windows 11 - seamless - the order arrived almost immediately - and for £250 it’s a great laptop for personal use - emails, net surfing and streaming videos😹😹👍🎉🎉 And for a device in fair condition it looks great / screen and keyboard are mint - one tiny flaw on outer case but for the price it’s what’s inside that counts and that’s guaranteed refurbished and that’s working just fine😹

I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Back Market. The product was marketed as being in good condition. The laptop arrived in a couple of days and on time. Upon opening the condition was definitely at the top end of being good. The laptop was very easy to set up, helpful step by step instructions were available as soon as I logged on. I have now been using the product for a couple of weeks and am really happy with the purchase.

Delighted with this Dell Latitude 5320 Laptop. If I hadn't been told refurbished, I would have taken as brand new. Works like a dream, why did I wait so long? My daughter recommended Back Market as she has used for her son's school work. I was so thrilled, my husband updated his tablet & equally delighted.

I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new. Everything works perfectly. Second time I've bought off back market and a great experience again. Easy to order , very quick delivery. Very well packed. And a fantastic product!!! I bought a reconditioned laptop and you would never of known it wasn't brand new! Very happy indeed.

Works almost like new. Trackpad is a little off but that might be a result of installing a different OS. One mark on the lid but otherwise undamaged. Can't expect much more from a refurbished piece of kit so I'm very happy with the purchase.

Just bought a Dell Latitude 5400 from Back Market. The service so far has been fantastic. I bought the laptop in fair condition (as it was the only option left for that model) and it arrived in an impeccable state. Looks like it just left the shop shelf.
