This is the second time I have bought from BackMarket, and couldn't be happier. The quality of the refurbished items is astounding and the discounts too good to miss out on. Also, it's doing your bit for the environment, which is always a good thing!

So I just purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad x1 Yoga i5 5th Gen and... wow. I ordered the 'good' condition for a great price of £349 and it quite literally has a few tiny scuff marks and that is it. The screen looks brand new, all the ports work, the charger is original and working. The battery life seems fine. Came with Windows 11 Pro also. Laptop is very quick, very nice to the eye and basically just perfect for what I need it for. Ordered on the Monday, arrived by Lunch on the Tuesday. I would both highly recommend this site, as well as the seller, and also, the laptop itself. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Thank you !

I am so ecstatic now as I received my order of Levono Thinkpad X360 from Back Market in less than 72 hours. The laptop looks practically new with just a minor scratch at the back. I bought this with my Xmas money. I was so unsure as never used this before. but I was very surprised and happy. I order a fair condition and it came looking brand new. I have no issues at all. and would definitely use again. thank u back market

I have to admit to being a bit nervous to buy used device, but the price was good and I had heard good things. So I went for it. The unit was delivered quickly and was in a box that made it look brand new. Really happy with the whole thing. Will be using it for the next purchase.

the jury is still out on this one as this is a Christmas gift so I've not really seen it being used yet but I have turned it on and all seems good on the face of it. this was brought in fair condition and fair condition it is. the mouse pad is worn and the arm some small scratches but if it works fine then it will be a much more powerful laptop than what we would be able to afford otherwise. only point to note is that the packaging was questionable. the box was huge compared to the laptop with very little packing so it would have probably been sliding around the box in transit. my last experience with back market was great and so far this laptop meets expectations as well so I'm pretty happy so far. thanks.

Product was on point and functional in every facet. A few minor scratches on the bottom but not visible to the naked eye. The machine works perfectly and I’m thinking of buying another one. If it’s rated Good then definitely it’s for you. Exceeded my expectations. They really did a nice job

This item was purchased as a gift for an "adopted" son in Sierra Leone so I can't directly comment on the hardware itself, except for some basic checks when it arrived which were all normal, but with respect to the price, apparent quality, speed of delivery and Customer Service, I would have no hesitation in recommending Back Market as a supplier...!

It’s great for its price, a bit slow to respond to actions but expected since RAM is only 3gig. No scratches, screen very smooth, not pixilated at all. Bought it for my daughter and hopes she loves it
