The MacBook Pro I purchased is perfect, it's in excellent condition and was great value for money. It was delivered fast and packaged very securely. Since my purchase I have used Back Market again, it's my go-to for tech now, refurbished is the way forward.

I bought a 2017 MacBook Pro as I need a quick replacement of my old 2013 MacBook Air as it wasn't receiving updates anymore. I have never ordered refurbished before and I have to say I am very impressed. So far I've had no issues with the MacBook, it came with minimal scratches and what appeared to be a brand new charger. Delivery was 2 days sooner than expected so I had it in time for New Year. I would highly recommend and will look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I really like the idea of re-using existing kit. We've bought multiple items from backmarket (all apple) and very happy each time - cheaper than the official Apple refurbished ones (and the children will scratch their phones in no time anyway). the MacBook Pro was exactly as advertised; it had one small scratch on the shell however the screen is impeccable. and it was thoroughly cleaned. thank you

Buying refurbished sometimes feels like a bit of a gamble, but I'm pleased with my order! Got a 2020 MacBook Pro in "good" condition and it's just as advertised - a tiny amount of wear and tear to the exterior but so far it seems to be in perfect working order with 88% battery health, all for a fraction of what it'd cost new. Only marking down by one point due to the box - while the laptop came securely packaged, it was all in cardboard with no bubblewrap or anything to protect it from water damage during transit. I admire the commitment to recyclable packaging but I feel lucky the parcel wasn't left out in the rain at any point!

I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

Another great deal from the guys at BackMarket and the teams of refurbishers around the UK; the first were two Apple iPhone SEs that were in excellent condition and work perfectly, and now this impressive Apple MacBook Pro - also excellent condition and not a mark on it. It replaces our 2009 MacBook which still works incredibly well but is slower than a slow thing. The M2 chip on this new one is amazing! An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra. I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”. I was absolutely over the moon to not only receive an excellent condition model, already higher memory and cheaper than expected, but the company had provided me with a 1TB model out of good w...

I am delighted with my purchase. The MacBook came in excellent condition, just as described. Well packed with accompanying accessories (Charger). I had to wait a month to rate this order and it’s been sunshine so far. However the cable that came with the MacBook was not compatible, and it wasn’t charging when it arrived. £20 investment on a new cable and it’s been happy ever after. I bought a similar MacBook from another refurbisher on BackMarket and I had to return it, however this refurbisher renewed my faith in Back Market, Overall satisfied with my purchase.
