the order arrived fine and came on time. back market was very efficient but the Surface Pro stopped turning on 5 days after purchase and the screen was having issues from day 1. For a product that is not that discounted compared to other second-hand resellers it was just really frustrating the have to be getting the product fixed less than a week after receiving it. i am in the process of getting the product fixed through back market but if the product is not properly wiped they won't fix it, I cant guarantee the remote wipe has worked as the product won't turn on.

Less than 24 hours of turning it on for the first time the screen started shaking and flickering. Unusable

A good product with 1 or 2 minor drawbacks. The tablet performs quite well. I'd have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for one thing in particular: an (invisible) line on the screen that seems to be completely insensitive to digital contact. As a result, whenever I want to click on the first line of my Gmail messages or sometimes on the bar of a video, nothing happens. I have to move the application or browser around the screen to be able to touch the section I'm interested in. It's a bit annoying and a shame. Well, at this price, I'm not going to send the tablet back for that. Everything else works fine! Thanks Backmarket.

Great product with a pleasant surprise: I thought the keyboard wasn't sold with the Surface and I was about to order one. Fortunately, the speed of delivery prevented me from doing so, as everything was complete.

Despite a fault with the device (it didn't light up when I received it), I was able to return the order free of charge and everything was sorted out within 1 week. For over 1 year now, everything has been working perfectly! Thank you very much for your work!

Computer in perfect condition, good charge, not damaged, nothing. However, the charger is bonging. The deliveryman put the parcel next to the letterbox rather than ringing the intercom, in a busy street, which was really not clever of him.

Very happy with the purchase, I was worried because it was 8 years old and the condition was "Correct" but it is in very good condition. It runs quite fast for basic programs, it is not hardly damaged, some scratches on the keyboard but the screen is intact. The shipping was also very fast, delivered even on a holiday. I will definitely repeat!

Shelf ordered in very good condition, arrived in near perfect condition. One small scratch on the rear panel, but very discreet. The battery holds a charge very well, and will last several days in office and internet use. The pack included a stylus and keyboard, so for the price it was a bargain. No regrets compared to new, especially given the price difference. Thanks Backmarket!
