This was a first for me buying refurbished tech… aaaand I was nervous about it. But the reviews persuaded me and I’m glad they did. The website was easy to use and the condition of the tech were true to description and priced well. It’s works like I bought it from new, I’m very pleased! The surface pro was packaged very well, wrapped in layers of bubble wrap then put in a sleeve of mega bubble wrap, so I was fairly confident it could survive a bashing from delivery. The customer service it fantastic. I also like the terminology they use when they speak to you and on the website. It’s different from how companies normally sound and talk, I’m all for it! It’s makes me feel more comfortable dealing with them. Will 100% look to buy from them again

Read really good reviews about this company and its products! Gladly it lived up to the expectations. However..(dun dun dunnn) i enquired with customer service if the surface pro comes with the keyboard i was told it doesnt however my surface pro came today and it does! So pleasant surprise but i now have to return the seperate keyboard i bought 😂😂 not a big issue! But just some mis information. Lastly the keyboard has two minor function issues it has 2 “9” keys instead of an 8 however the “9” key that comes after the 7 still works as a 8. Lastly the @ key above the 2 key doesnt function as am @ key but as an apostrophe (rhyming?) again not a major flaw just a minor inconvenience. Overall it lives up to the expectations you get what you pay for, i would recommend this to anyone looking to buy tech for alot less.

Delivery man was rude and blunt and hammered on my front door three times and didn’t read delivery instructions

Was really excited to receive my laptop. Unfortunately as I took it out of the box, I dropped it and smashed the screen. Never smashed anything in my life! Just wasn't meant to be :(

can't grumble and fit a refurb it's working pretty good. even got it to play my pc pass for Xbox live. very handy and I've got videos and photos to edit on it

After using Google Chrome it's good to get back to a normal computer Condition good it's been used as a gaming console so some apps and docs on i didnt need other than that good compact laptop would recommend Back Market

The pc needed a lot of unexpected hard resets because it was frozen. The fan makes a funny noise, it's strangling while working. The battery is also not good, but I can afford this, considering it is not a new model. But the rest are serious problems.

My Surface pro 4 arrived on time and as new. Have been using if since and been impressed with the programs it is able to run. i don't have surface pen but use a generic one, it works fine for what I need. As expected the battery isn't great but I get 3-4 hours which is all I need, charging is easy.

It was delivered promptly and is a delight. My old Surface died from overuse - the keyboard was worn out and the screen started flickering after c30 minutes, so it was time for a change. But I was so happy with the old Surface that I decided to get the same thing, just a more modern version. The condition was excellent - it looked like new and its performance is superb. I also like the sound quality which is much better than my former Surface. Couldn't be happier - and it was a v good price as well.
