I was delighted to receive the Microsoft Surface Pro7. It’s working really well. I’d been looking to buy one for ages, but at full price totally out my financial range. This refurbished one ticks all the boxes. I couldnt be happier

Excellent purchase, super pleased with it! The laptop is practically new and worked like a charm straight out of the box. The one slight detail I can notice is that the keys are a bit slow to respond, but it's barely perceptible. I got an amazing laptop for £400 less than new. This is not my first refurbished laptop, I prefer to buy refurbished because I don't believe in the latest tech every year and want to minimize waste. It is my first purchase from BackMarket, and I am super satisfied with both the quality of my product and of the service. Will recommend and use again

I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. I have been using the Microsoft surface laptop go for a couple months now. The condition was perfect honestly. The battery life isn’t the best but that’s not the sellers fault, but just something to consider. I wasn’t sure about buying a used laptop but I’m glad I did!

Seller is good and it was in great condition. Battery health report changes on every boot (but still around 90%) and sometimes it doesn’t shut down properly and drains battery overnight (firmware update didn’t help), otherwise works as new. However this 2-in-1 is old and overpriced. I was forced to get a replacement with Intel chipset on a short notice. There are newer, cheaper and better options on the market with Snapdragon, if you don’t have a specific use case.

No complaints. Easy to set up and start working . Receiving the Microsoft Go Pro 10 inch has put a lovely big grin on my face. I love it.

So far everything is great!! Support some of the software I use but I haven’t downloaded everything yet so take this with a grain of salt. No issues aesthetically though love how lightweight it is too

Item arrived very quickly which was great and packaged properly. It was in excellent condition which is what made me order this one. I did have trouble connecting it to the Internet during set up which required some troubleshooting but once I sorted that the machine has been working great
