I was a little nervous about ordering refurbished, but I was pleasantly surprised. The device itself is spotless. The BIOS password, which I was worried about because there's no way to clear it, was not set. And it came with the type cover / keyboard, which I wasn't expecting. Windows 11 pro was preinstalled and set up to run the first boot setup on power-on. Altogether a perfect experience.

I received my Microsoft surface laptop 2 yesterday and so far it runs smoothly no physical defects on laptop, on issue I’ve noticed is that the charging port is slightly faulty I have to keep the charger in at specific potion in order for it to charge without disconnecting. I purchased as a grade Good.

Excellent purchase, super pleased with it! The laptop is practically new and worked like a charm straight out of the box. The one slight detail I can notice is that the keys are a bit slow to respond, but it's barely perceptible. I got an amazing laptop for £400 less than new. This is not my first refurbished laptop, I prefer to buy refurbished because I don't believe in the latest tech every year and want to minimize waste. It is my first purchase from BackMarket, and I am super satisfied with both the quality of my product and of the service. Will recommend and use again

My new Surface computer arrived sooner than indicated (great!) and was in really tidy condition. The spec of the machine once it was powered up matches that advertised. All good! Even though I've bought used a few times now, and on the whole have had a good experience, I still can't alleviate my slight anxiety in ordering something with some uncertainty of quality or an error somewhere in accurately describing the specification. Hopefully more good experiences like this one will give me more confidence - and of course it's saved me a load of money because buying used is so much cheaper than buying new, and really without any compromise on performance. I'm happy with this purchase. Hopefully it will last as long as the last one.

The item is in good condition. When you say no keyboard, i thought it was an external keyboard. I bought the item for my grandson, who cannot speak to be used with a eye tracker. Without an internal keyboard the item cannot be used. I downloaded some software, when the keyboard on the outside was working, but the keyboard doesn’t come up again, therefore I cannot clear the laptop. I put the password inside for you to use to clear the laptop. My grandson has a surface pro 5, that can be used for now, i wanted to buy him a laptop with more memory. I would like to return the laptop and will not take anything elae for now, maybe on a later stage

Insurance provide all repairs I ordered a fair tablet with an attached keyboard. The keyboard was poor and the tablet got hot quickly. I paid for insurance before so I requested to repair. I sent it off. The customer care was amazing with letting me know what was happening during the delivery. They sent it back straight away. The tablet is fixed and a new keyboard was restored. I appreciate how they were attentive to detail and valued communication. 4. Honest and quick service This is why I recommend backmarket Even if a worse condition is bought, insurance covers it ! As it is a personal computer and I spend all day using a computer at work, I haven't worn it out just yet, but I am very happy with the unit that I received. It well matched the description given and is fully functional. Very happy with my purchase and would use Back Market again for further purchases

Well, it works well. There’s nothing wrong with it as far as I can tell. However, there is a mysterious pink stains all over the bottom side of the laptop that I couldn’t get rid of. Also when charging it makes a lot of noise like a plane taking off.
