I really enjoy using this item

Generally good, but the actual device didn't match the images. I assumed photo was of actual product I'd be getting, but controllers different colours. Packaging was ok, but looked like someone had tried to interfere with it. Product all good though and working fine and all Comms from BM good and fast.

Switch works and runs fine but left joycon arrows are stiff/stuck sometimes. Also doesn’t stay slotted in switch.

Could have been little bit less price for fair condition

After I received the parcel with the Switch inside, I could hardly wait to connect the device to the TV. I bought 3 Switch games on the same day because I didn't know when it would be delivered and I was thrilled. As a long-established Nintendo fan more than 34 years ago, I have remained loyal to Nintendo today and will remain loyal to Nintendo into old age, no matter what Nintendo plans to do in the next 30-40 years. Apart from a few small signs of wear, there is nothing to criticise about the device. The device works, connecting it and setting it up went without a hitch, perfect! It's a shame that it didn't come with instructions and the original packaging. It also survived the transport. It also took me a while to learn how to handle and operate the device. At some point I'll buy the next and remaining games that interest me, which I've unfortunately missed from the last 7 years, before its successor is released in 2024 or 2025.

The switch itself is totally fine nothing wrong with it. Only the controllers do not always respond well. The game animal crossing is unfortunately not included. The card with the download code is included, but it has already been used and can therefore no longer be used.

Very good product! It was the packaging that scared us. The package had holes and the parts were not protected at all. But no damage to note. The delivery service should be reviewed.
