So far so good.. I got it for my partner about a week ago for his birthday as was too good a deal not too! Delivery was a lot quicker than expected.. I think it actually came the day after I bought it! My partner is very happy with it.. he kept the same phone for 7 years before this one so he’s very happy!

I can't tell the difference between this and a phone straight off the shelf! After years with a OnePlus 6T from new it was outside of software updates and didn't charge as reliably. I basically wanted the same phone. Big plus with this model is sharper screen and the fingerprint sensor which works much more reliably. Negative would be the back is quite slippery without a case and to use the wireless charging you need to buy expensive accessories from OnePlus. But as far as the Back Market experience goes I am impressed...next time I need a like-new piece of tech I know where to go!

I was introduced to Back Market by daughter & I too cannot recomment them highly enough. I bought a One plus 10 pro 5g & I could not find so much as a spec of dust on the phone, this was far beyond what I expected. Perfect service too, frequent updates on my order so I felt in contact with the supplier all the way through to delivery which was within the delivery spot allocated. I will certainly be looking at Back Market in the future for other purchases.

The product was exactly as described and in pretty much perfect condition. I looked it over a couple of times and couldn't find a single mark. I've bought from Back Market before, but for a work phone, so it wasn't my money. But the phone I bought was in excellent condition. This is my person phone and I couldn't be happier. I will be sure to use Back House again for every phone I buy!!

arrived charged and stunning condition very happy with my purchase shame they don't come with the power pack but what I did wish it had was the pin to get the sim card out.

The phone arrived in perfect condition and is working fine. The battery performance is comparable to a new piece. Well recommended.

Great phone with good battery, love the wireless charge function, but the main star is how fast the quick charge via cable is. It goes form zero to 100 in around 30 mins! The haptics are smooth and the size fit is great. The only niggle I have is that the notifications from the top bar disappear, so I will feel the vibration telling me a notification has come through, but then I have to go and find where it came from... I feel this could be resolved in an update and intend to let one plus know of the issue at some point soon. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this phone to someone looking for a great phone, but doesn't want to spend £1000 to get a good quality phone.
