I ordered a OnePlus 5T, but I received a OnePlus 5 instead. In addition to this, I’m experiencing issues with the phone's basic functionality—neither incoming nor outgoing calls are working. This significantly impacts my ability to use the device as intended. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether that be through sending the correct model or addressing the technical issue with this phone.
