Item as described. Good value for money. Far ooomphier than my previous phone, but also (as expected) larger. There seems to be only one phone that fits smaller hands, and that's an iPhone. I did not want to change ecosystems.

The phone looked perfect and everything worked, but unfortunately not the Bluetooth. However, I sent it back and I was refunded immediately and smoothly. I previously bought two other devices (same OnePlus 10T and they work perfectly. I guess I was just unlucky this time

Really great condition, fantastic price, its working perfectly and it was no trouble at all for someone useless with technology to put their SIM in and move everything across. Quick Delivery. Only thing is you dont get the manual that comes with the phone which comes in handy every now and again but for the price....incredible. Will forever buy One Plus phones, they are just elite.

A great service from Backmarket. The package arrived early, and the tracking service kept me well informed of progress. The phone was like new, not a mark or blemish anywhere. Setup was easy, but it needs a USB C to USB C lead to transfer data and apps from one's old phone. Fortunately I had one. Battery life is very good. Overall I'm very pleased, and would happily recommend Backmarket to my friends.b

very happy with my phone, ordered it on the Wednesday and it came through next day. it all works good. my only complaint is the date I'm from the UK so I'm used to date month year but this phone goes by the way the Americans do it. plus I can't sync my Bluetooth earphones to this phone. still happy with my phone I paid £89 pound for it and not a mark or scratch on it
