Very happy with the service and the phone (Oppo find X5 Pro 256GB). Had the phone for about 2 weeks now and still exploring my way around it. Have downloaded a manual, which has helped me navigate around the phone. so all in all, very happy with my purchase and service, would highly recommend Black Market to family and friends.

I ordered the Oppo Find N2 Flip after many, many years of wanting my deeply missed flip phone back. I'm glad I waited for this phone and Back Market. I'm always incredibly dubious about refurbished phones ,given how quickly my previous Apple and Samsung batteries have depleted. I chose the "very good" condition of the Oppo and was not disappointed when it arrived within a week of ordering. Had emails to inform me when it was dispatched, a tracking number that actually worked and an email that it might be a day delayed. Communication couldn't have been better. Once received, not one visible scratch or imperfection to be seen. The battery life health was at 100%. Came with a nondescript charging cable and pin key in a nondescript box. Couldn't be happier with my purchase nearly a month on. Will definitely be a repeat customer for any tablets, phones or consoles I may want in the future.

Couldn't be happier. Phone was far cheaper than refurbished models elsewhere, received quickly and in superb condition. Would highly recommend to anybody considering purchasing from Back Market.

Phone is in excellent condition, but I was disappointed with the battery health. Not much of an improvement on my old Oppo (3.5+ years old) in terms of battery life, despite having higher battery capacity.

Bought this in "fair" condition and I'm genuinely impressed! Cosmetically looks absolutely fine and is running perfectly! Broke my original Find X2 Pro so bought this refurbished one to replace it and definitely happy with my purchase :)

Was a little sceptical about buying a refurbed device bu have to say it's been the best decision. Had kept my own handset in great condition until I broke it and was convinced I would be disappointed by Back Market replacement. Needless to say I was wrong. Great condition at a great price and arrived quickly. Definitely buying from here again for a laptop soon! Would highly recommend.

I am very happy with my purchase. I was sceptical at the start, but device I chose was delivered next day after placing order, it is in excellent condition, much better than expected, and it has been performing excellent. Very happy with service and device.

First time using back market, so little unsure how it all worked. Whole process was simple, delivery was within fee days and refurb phone was like new. Have no complains with service and will buy again for sure..

the phone itself is really good and feels really good in the hand it's very easy to operate also being 256gb that is loads of memory so no real need to upgrade because it doesn't have an SD card upgrade facility the only downside to it that I've found with this phone is that the fingerprint scanner can be very slow and also that the facial recognition can also be pretty hit and miss sometimes other than these factors for the price it's fantastic and I would highly recommend.
