Hello, I received the computer, well packaged and it works well. However, the fact that it is a refurbished device means that it has been returned to factory condition (reset to zero), like new products, which was not the case with this computer, given that when I switched it on for the first time, I found myself with applications that are not supposed to be on a reset PC (for example, Fortnite on the desktop). In other words, I had to do all the work myself, which I shouldn't have done in the first place. I'm not a computer expert by any means, so the fact that I had to solve the problem of a third-party administrator and Windows defender that wouldn't activate even after uninstalling the previous one for more than six hours (including a big three-hour reset), really annoyed me. I'm happy with my purchase but disappointed with the service.

a great pc that's easy to transport and of high quality the autonomy is fine as long as you're not playing to play demanding games you have to activate the optimal mode via the Asus application and leave it plugged in if not you have a 2 FPS game (I'm talking about games like helldiver 2 or warzon) on the other hand the leds on the keyboard work very well but the colours can't be changed.

The PC works well, it's in good condition, quite fast, no scratches. However, I was a little disappointed with the fans, which make a lot of noise as soon as the laptop is plugged into the mains. I also thought that the description mentioned a webcam (which isn't the case) but I can't check that any more as the model no longer exists on the site.
