This is the second time that I have bought and sold a phone on Back Market. My aim in doing so is to reduce my carbon footprint and recycling does this. I have always found Back Market a very slick operation, their customer service is superlative, and the trade in facility easy to use and effective, payment usually follows 8 days after the condition of the trade in is verified. I have no hesitation recommending buying a refurbished telephone from Back Market as both experiences I have had have been superb.

Samsung S24 Ultra was delivered faster than expected. It was really new and looks like brand new with all the factory screen covers. I will recommend Back Market to any one looking for electrical gadgets.

Bought the fair option, wasn’t sure if it would be ok, but decided to spend the money on the memory size, turned out it was fine, well worth the money, only tiny tiny wee marks that you don’t even notice. Looks new, very happy.

Absolutely amazing phone. I switched from iPhone to samsung and it feels amazing. Samsung has a lot of good qualities such as finger print scanner and face id and lot of features to play round with. You can download anything you want and it also has the Ai system. The camera is absolutely amazing and feels unreal coming from an iPhone. I love the display as its big. The phone isn't too big nor too small. You will face battery problems at the start as the phone needs to get used to how you use the phone. When you first get the phone just clear partition the phone so just google how to do it and then don't use samsung switch application to switch from another to the new one as it will drain the battery also put all the apps you rarely use or won't use in sleep. Turn on all the battery saving features and after a week of use you will feel like DAMNN THIS PHONE LAST ME A DAY WITH ONLY 40% BATTERY.

I have been buying my phones and for my while family from Backmarket for years now. Each time, the phone I receive is better than expected and could easily be mistaken for brand new. The condition of every phone is great and the battery life on them is as good as new phones. I will continue to support this site. Not only are they helping the planet, they also help me save lots of money.

Was super nervous about ordering from here after hearing some reviews about people not receiving the correct phones/not getting it at all. However I received my phone within a day of ordering it and it was exactly as described!! Super happy with it so far (had it for 2-3 weeks now) basically have a brand new phone for a great price!!!

The ordering process was very easy. The delivery arrived within a couple of (working) days as noted on the order confirmation. The only issue was the time line tracker didn't update, and was still showing being prepared as it was being delivered... good job I was in...! The phone itself looks brand new, arrived with a 50% charge & charged to full quickly - but not tested it to the full yet.

I'm really pleased I tried this site. I got the same phone £50 cheaper than my local phone shop. the site was easy to use and I found what I wanted straight away. delivery was fast and phone was in immaculate condition.

Phone received and it is as 'new'. The battery life is excellent. No scratches or visible damage. There is a slight scuff on rear of the phone but not really noticeable. The phone was received promptly. Well worth buying from Back Market!
