Phone in excellent working order, better exterior condition than I expected and very fast delivery. Not the colour that I ordered (got a grey phone instead of black) and came with the wrong charging cable, but I guess when you need a phone quick those are minor issues.

I bought a cheap phone as I don't use it for much other than making calls, checking email etc. The phone does not always make calls and I have changed sim cards ruling this out as a cause. I find BackMarket awful to deal with due to not finding a way to speak to someone. I am not tech savvy and need personal support. I will never buy with them again as it is impossible for me to to talk to a person to support me through how to fix my issue.

Wrong tracking information was sent leading to uncertainty and stress when I saw it was delivered somewhere else. Right tracking sent and it arrived the next day. Wrong item was send (A6 not J6) which I will keep as I want to give it to my daughter tomorrow but it isn't what I expected or paid for. Disappointed with this experience of back market as have only had good experiences before.

Excellent condition, great battery. Well done to the technicians for the reconditioning. To be seen over time and with use.

I was very pleased with the fast delivery. Also the phone itself looked as agreed, i.e. it was in good condition. The function itself was still waiting for the records to make the phone operational. We will see how the device works, thank you so far.

The mobile phone was not for me but for a gift. The person who received it was delighted because he is a person with fixed ideas and doesn't like innovations. She had a J6 and now has a new J6. It arrived perfectly. And fast. It fulfils the objectives for the person who received it.
