I hadn't realised quite how bad my old phone had got. I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A54 unlocked- wow what a difference. The phone itself has NOT a mark on it, it literally looks like new! Straight out of the box I was really happy with my decision and my purchase, it was a revelation being my first time purchasing a mobile out of a contract ...... never going back, thank you Backmarket.

I can't justify spending over a thousand pound on a phone so I decided to buy a refurbished galaxy s23 ultra, I paid extra for an immaculate screen but left the body as gently used. In all it cost me £415 and I must say the phone looks as if it's hardly ever been used, the screen is perfect and the body is also in perfect condition,not to mention the fast delivery. I will be ordering 1 again for the wife for her birthday.

Brilliant. Ordered a galaxy s24 in fair condition and it arrived a day early with barely a scratch! If you are hesitating about refurbished phones, go for it. Got me £330 off vs brand new with a couple tiny marks on the screen you can only see with bright light and a few battery cycles down. Back market and this supplier have great standards.

So far, I’m loving my Galaxy A20e. I was a little skeptical buying refurbished (after being sorely disappointed a couple of times) and……was pleasantly surprised!! I needed to replace my Motorola G8 Power with an affordable upgrade and came across Back Market, the selection in my price range for a suitable refurbished phone was excellent, and I chose the Samsung A16, 5G 128 GB (Black) it has the features that my Motorola didn't have, and the trade in was good and very quick, I am extremely satisfied with my upgrade and have recommended Back Market as a affordable solution.

I ordered samsung s21 ultra,and it comes in very good condition. There are no scratches on the phone at all. It works like a new one . I would recommend to everyone it's better to buy refurbished on a half price than pay full price at store for a new one.

I initially had some doubts about the wisdom of buying refurbished but now wouldn't hesitate to make a similar purchase. I opted for a Samsung ZFold 5 512Gb in condition described as Fair. The phone I received far exceeded my expectations. Refurbished by 4gadgets I couldn't honestly fault it. In terms of appearance and battery it was as good as new. I am quite a fussy person but in all honesty I couldn't see the difference between this refurbished model and a new one other than the price of course. I sincerely have no problem in recommending Back Market or 4gadgets to prospective purchasers. I will be back but I don't expect that to be very soon because I'm so pleased with my "new" phone.

Well this was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and my experience of Back Market has been faultless. I was tempted to get the Samsung Flip 5 months ago, but couldn't resist going for the Flip 6 when they got them in! Glad I waited and now I have the latest phone saving hundreds! From the prices on offer, quality of phone, superb delivery and packaging I fully recommend Back Market and will definitely use again when I want to spoil myself!
