Before talking about the product, let's talk about the delivery. I ordered in the afternoon and was amazed to receive the device the very next morning! Superbly packaged despite the fact that it was no longer in its original box. All the accessories were present, as well as the manual. The device showed slight signs of use, probably due to the tests carried out on it. But that's the refurbished game! Now the product. I'm delighted with it. I wasn't very confident when I heard its noise, which sounded pretty cheap to me. But in the end it sucks perfectly and is very practical for everyday use. I use it for everything: The stairs, the crumbs from the children's snacks. I've even cleaned my air vents and my car with it. It's not as powerful as a canister hoover, but it's more than satisfactory. It comes in a super-practical size and is very light. Bonus use: it's perfect for catching big spiders and putting them back outside the house. Thanks to the seller for his speed and professionalism.

This is the first time I've ordered a refurbished item. I was initially tempted by the price, €97 compared with €249 new, so I thought why not. The parcel arrived in less than 72 hours, and to my great surprise the item is almost new: a micro-scratch on the base is its only defect. I think the filters have been replaced because everything is clean and new. I'm really pleased with this purchase. It has arrived in the expected condition, and looks spectacular either way. It would have been nice if it had come with a manual at least, I have used it a couple of times and consider it a success. Now we will have to wait and see if it stays in good condition for the two years indicated. I have to say that the idea of BackMarket Is spectacular for not wasting products that can simply be recovered/reconditioned. Highly recommended.

Perfectly reconditioned, it looks like new and is reasonably priced compared to new. The handle with its motorised suction head does suck really well. It has several suction modes and is quiet and easy to use. Fast delivery. Very good value for money.

The SharkClean robot hoover is very efficient and the application is easy to use, so overall we're very satisfied with its cleaning. However, for the last 2 weeks we've had a big problem: it starts up by itself on certain nights... never at the same time or on the same day, but always at night, even though we don't touch the app and have even programmed it so that it doesn't disturb us from 10pm to 9am. So it's really annoying because it wakes us up with a start every time, it's distressing and it affects our sleep. I've read on the internet that this is a problem that other people have also had with the same hoover. Do we have a way of solving this?

Very good hoover, Great power, perfect for hair-encrusted carpets, lots of useful tips. Just a little big and heavy, and of course the cables are a bit awkward as we'd got out of the habit with Dyson etc., but it feels like quality.

Almost perfect article. After a couple of months still ok. Only remark, although it was shipped in its original box and everything in another larger box, the hoover and its parts were free to move and bang together inside.

I bought it to replace my other cordless hoover. It's heavier and the cable can be a nuisance, but it's much more powerful and the anti-hairwrap blade is really good. There are two options (normal and carpet) and you can adjust the suction power. It's also very easy to empty. You can remove the bag to get under furniture. There's also a light on the front.
