I was pretty disappointed that the console arrived pretty dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t open the package before gifting it. It cleaned up pretty easily but It was a little embarrassing, I’d expected at the very least a refurbished item would be cleaned?

Delivered very quickly, had to wait for Xmas day to rate product which is fantastic condition, a real bargain! all works as expected and console as described, controller also great condition! really pleased and my son loves it

Bought as a Christmas presents for my little brothers and they loved it. No problems setting it up, works smoothly, everything that was supposed to be in the box was there and they delivered it quite quickly as well. No complaints completely happy

bought the ps4 for my brother who'd been begging for one but all the brand new ones were too expensive. then remembered about back market where i've previously purchased tech from. ps4 itself is brilliant. works just like a brand new one, and had barely any surface scratches. any that were there aren't visible to the naked eye. would 100% recommend to others and am definitely going to be back for more tech.

Got the Play Station as a Christmas present. Used it for a few hours so far, and it has been working great. The only issue seems to be the USB charging port on the front of the console won’t connect properly (the controller still charges fine through an external charger). However, considering the price and overall quality, this is only a minor inconvenience.

So happy with this purchase! I was a bit unsure since it was a big financial decision, but decided to buy it on Back Market since there was the option to try it out for 31 days, but I love it and will definitely keep it. The 1 year warranty is also a HUGE plus, so would highly recommend Back Market.

Got the PS5 in good condition and if going by the description, what I got is better than ‘good’. An absolute steal, I must say. In terms of performance, it’s been running smoothly with no issues. The controller was also clean and looks as good as new. I got this as a birthday gift and I whilst I was sceptical of getting this, given it was in ‘good’ condition, I’m very glad I got it. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and I 100% recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the item. Arrived in perfect condition as described, well packaged and sent really quickly. Console is working well, this is my second Back Market purchase and I will definitely use them again!

I wasn't sure what to expect initially but in the end, I can say the BackMarket service, from ordering on the website to the delivery, was great. I received my purchase on the expected day and though the device is second-hand, it works well. I honestly have bookmarked a few more items for purchase in the future.
