The ironing centre came in perfect condition except for a small knock on the cardboard box which did not affect the product at all. It gives the impression that it has never been used, not even a scratch, and the ironing quality is unbeatable. It has a lot of pressure and generates steam in about two minutes. The model compared is the DG, which has a boiler inside and the truth is that it works wonders. I bought it here when in other shops it was about twice the price. It's my first purchase in Back Market and so far I'm very satisfied. Curiously, I recently listened to an interview with the president where I saw how they worked and it gave me a lot of confidence. I still I'm still in the guarantee period but I have plenty of days to check how well they work.

The control unit meets my expectations and is in very good working order. I'm leaving this review after 6 months of daily use (professional).

The ironing centre is in as new condition and works perfectly. The box showed evidence of having been opened.

The delivery was very fast, I was informed at all times and the iron works great as new. Very happy with the purchase!

Hello, The order on back market went very well. I received an email from the DHL carrier telling me that the parcel had been delivered. When I logged on to track my parcel, I was told that it had been dropped off at the local relay shop, without leaving a name or address. I had to search all the relay points around my home. When the relay point was found, the box was simply smashed! Only the primary cardboard packaging, someone could have taken the product, closed and nobody would have seen anything! DHL is to be avoided and the reconditioner Groupe Séb, also to be avoided!
