Counterfeit item sold to me - bought a DualShock 4 Controller from this refurbisher via BackMarket only to receive it and find that the controller is a counterfeit. My PS4 notified me of an unofficial controller being connected, the joystick inputs were off by a long way, and the controller felt bad in the hands, far too thick and clunky. This seller is charging premium prices for a fake product - avoid at all costs. This makes me not trust or want to shop with BackMarket, as they clearly do not do their due diligence over their refurbishers.

Can tell it’s refurbished however I understand that it’s not perfect that’s why I bought it off here however controller is perfect nothing wrong with it

works flawlessly, bought 2 and haven't had any issues. one did arrive very dirty but nothing a damp tissue couldn't fix

Unable to comment until santa delivered, fresh unopened packaging, console hasn't been put down all day so I say win!! Will 100% consider buying from here again

console didn't see a controller but after goggling the issue I have sorted it within few minutes. I'm happy with the purchase

The only thing I find myself wishing for is a longer battery life, but that's more due to what I'm using it for than anything (PCVR via Airlink). Overall, this headset truly feels as good as new and is an affordable way to get into VR for a beginner such as myself!

I’ve had the device for about 3 weeks now and I’m still blown away how amazing it is. Definitely surpassed my expectations in terms of graphics, amount of various games and productivity applications it has, and overall user experience. If you’re XR enthusiast, totally recommend! Additionally, the product from Backmarket is like new and delivery was very quick.

This purchase arrived very quickly, in perfect condition! Clean, no scratches, in great working order. Popped some batteries in and away we went. My little girl was very excited to use 'Mummy's Wii' again without an ancient remote glitching or cutting out every three minutes. We haven't had a single issue with this lovely new one.
