Hello, I'm not in the habit of giving my opinion and I'm not demanding when it comes to phones... I use them as little as possible. But this seller sold me a phone that was supposed to be like new. I should point out that I had already had the exact same model. Right from the start, the phone was less fluid, the battery didn't hold a charge as well, and there were connection problems with the computer. A few months later, the phone switched itself off and then on again... great! So I sent it back. I'd left the protective screen cracked near the camera (it's a millimetre wide) and he told me that this was a reason for excluding it from the warranty. And Backmarket goes along with him... for me to finish off these charlatans who claim to offer an impeccable reconditioning service :) "Frankly, thank you for your frankness.
