It's a great phone that I already knew about and I wanted to give one to my nephew as a present. He's really pleased with it, and so am I (!).

Everything's just as it should be!

I bought a phone in decent condition (with possibly a few traces of use) but there is still a very visible scratch AND you can feel it when you touch it, which is a bit disappointing. The phone was also sent in a bubble envelope, which I find a bit risky given the knocks it can take during transport... Apart from that, the rest is very good.

The phone's battery won't hold out, so you're suggesting that I send it back by resetting the phone, but I don't currently have any other phone where I can do this - do you have any ideas?

Performance has been different than expected: inferior battery life, various problems with connectors, hot and swollen battery, etc. The Redmi Note 7 is barely a year and a couple of months old and has already become very swollen (deforming battery and phone casing). The device has not been opened or repaired by a third party, exposed to water or suffered impact or drop damage. It's a pity it turned out so bad because, until now, I was very happy with other mobiles and devices bought (iPhones) from BackMarket and had recommended this website to many people.
