ordered before Xmas. Great value for money. perfect condition.

Bought the phone in excellent condition arrived without having the data from the old owner deleted, in the original box (usually they give one of their boxes). The charger they provided was not new nor original and the phone would t charge with it and with other charger would not charge past 11% in 5 hours. It is the second time I have issues with a product bought from here last time it was an Iphone 14 pro max that lost 7% battery health in 3 months and they said it is usual for a phone to do that which is not as I took great care of charging it. Which is false as some iphones lose that amount in 1.5-2 years

I write this review with only a superficial analysis of the product, the camera seems to work perfectly and the phone software too, I ordered it in good condition and it arrived in excellent condition, it does not seem to be reconditioned, very happy!

The phone is in perfect condition, nothing to complain about, I'm happy with my purchase. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone and frankly I don't regret it.

Perfect laptop, as advertised and arrived on time. The only downside was that the usb-c charger supplied only worked for 3 days. Too bad, I already have a suitable charger. I've already bought 5 reconditioned laptops from Back Market, and I'm still satisfied! No reason to change Thanks!

The problem was with the delivery: The deliveryman left the parcel on top of my letterbox, admittedly behind a low wall, but accessible to anyone. What's more, it was a rainy day, so I collected the parcel soaking wet, although fortunately it was well wrapped in bubble wrap.

The OS is plagued by shitty Chinese apps that want to sell every little setting for €1, the menus are crap bugs, the phone is slow but tends to normalise with use. Next time I'll make sure I get a basic Android.

Very good service, fast and efficient. Phone in very good condition, what a joy to have this photo quality back. However, impossible to recover my Samsung data... Smartswitch doesn't work with Xiaomi. I don't know how to recover what's on my old phone.
