Received my iPhone 14 expecting a few marks on it, but not a mark anywhere like brand new, works perfectly fine, 88 percent battery, well worth the money, thank you, would definitely recommend back market for refurbished phones, delivered very quickly,

Brilliant experience. My iphone 14 was marked as 'Good' condition but didn't have a scratch on it. Wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Plus it was so much cheaper than other refurbishers. Highly recommended and will use Backmarket again.

Although I like new technology and gadgets I have never wanted to buy any technology product ‘brand new’ preferring to wait a while until all the ‘bugs’ had been ironed out. This is why my previous phone was a refurbished iPhone XR, which I was very happy with and had served my purposes for a few years. However as with any piece of technology it shows its age after a while which my iPhone XR was now showing. Time to change. New phones are ridiculously expensive in my opinion so I scoured the market for a decent refurbished second hand phone. Came to Back Market and saw that the prices for a refurbished iPhone 14, a good jump up from my XR, was within my budget. I was not disappointed. A great phone, in excellent condition with 92% battery, and a good price! Now protected with a decent case & screen protector. What’s not to like? I would definitely buy again from Back Market. My iPad 9th gen is getting a bit tired ……..

Good price for quality refurbished iPhone 14. Happy with Back Market service too! Much better than buying brand new. Chose a ‘Very Good’ level of refurbishment which is great. Barely a mark on the casing and screen is perfect. Fully functional. Only thing is - the battery was guaranteed to be ‘at least 85%’ of original charging capacity. And that’s what it is - 85% 🤷 (My wife’s new phone though from Back Market has a brilliant 98%!!!) Luck of the draw!

I ordered two reconditioned iPhone 14, excellent condition, and it was very easy to order them, they came very quickly. The phones are in great condition, no scratches or blemishes that I can see and one has 100% battery life while the other has 85% which did surprise me as I thought it would have at least 90% but it’s not a problem. It was very easy to set them up from the old iphones except I didn’t realise they had E-SIMs and had to look on the internet what to do as I couldn’t find a SIM card tray! Both are working well and I have already recommended Backmarket to friends.
