Really pleased with the phone, massive improvement on my old P30 lite. It was delivered promptly and appeared to be a brand new phone!!, not a mark on it. The camera is amazing and takes brilliant photos with telephoto lens, also love the curved screen.

Extremely fast from order to delivery. Phone exactly as described, maybe even a bit better than expected. All good so far with functionality, although it's only been a week or two since it arrived. Very impressed up to yet though.

Brilliant, Phone is great, in working order. The back has an ever so slight gap on the left side from casing to the screen. I don't know if this will let water in over time as it should be sealed closed, but for now It's functional and good quality.

Speed of the delivery was unbelievably fast. The condition of the phone is immaculate. The price is unbeatable. I'll never buy a new phone again for thousand of pounds because Back Market is our new market 👌. Well done guys!

The phone was a replacement for an identical one which started giving me trouble about a week before the 1 year guarantee ran out. I cant be without a phone as my diabetic sensor is connected to my phone so I just bought another.

So far so good only had phone 2 days very happy, all works well, I love this phone even it's old but much better then my old Samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5 g' thank you, hope it will continue serve me well x

I'm very pleased with the phone. Although it's an old model, the build quality of Huawei phones plus the excellent camera makes it a total bargain. It's my third phone purchase from you and they've all been delivered fast and in excellent new condition.

Very happy with the phone. Easy to set up & transfer all my old data across. I like the look of this phone. It said good condition, but I honestly can't see anything wrong with it. No marks, scratches, scuffs zor anything. Thanqq

The device is in very good condition. Screen is good with excellent battery life. The Bluetooth is faulty and I had some issues with the charging port that improved after I cleaned it. I would like the issue sorted but I also can't send my phone off for 7 working days as I need it for work so unfortunately I'll put up with the faulty Bluetooth. All other previous purchases have been excellent though
