I ordered an excellent condition 10th generation ipad, however there was a scratch directly through the apple logo on the back of the ipad so i would say it was more good condition. However, aside from this i’ve had a great experience on the website and the ipad so far, it’s been outstanding :)

It’s great. I needed an updated version of the iPad and that is what I’ve got. The only thing is that it’s too clever for me. I can’t control the camera and stop it from zooming in on me during my Pilates sessions. It’s very disturbing for both me and my instructor! (I did look up at how to change the settings but clearly didn’t understand them. Please don’t tell me how intuitive Apple products are: they’re not wired by someone with my brain, so they are not!) The charger is not the Apple supercharger I was told I absolutely needed to have when I bought my first iPad which raises questions, but it does work (it’s a Samsung plug).

A very good item . Exactly as described. Working perfectly so far. Trade in was an easy process however, payment terms for getting the trade in payment are rather odd . Instead of an easy to complete field you are expected to upload images? Yet to complete this as not too sure what they are asking for rather than sort code ac no and name on account. Given how well oiled the rest of the process is this bit is rusty

Swift arrival with great packaging to ensure safe arrival. With consideration to this iPad being restored, it doesn’t have the best battery health and I’m unsure if the Touch ID is working to its best ability. But overall, great! I’m glad to be contributing to a better way to buy tech.

I’m so pleased with my purchase. It arrived as new with no visible blemishes. It works perfectly. I’m very impressed. It’s the second purchase I have made from Back Market and I will surely buy again when I need to.
