My wife needed a new iphone as her old one had packed up, I have never bought a reconditioned phone before so this is my first time using Backmarket, I chose the iphone 13 pro max, and decided to use the staff pick of good, I was naturally apprehensive about it. The phone turned up the next day and I was blown away by the condition, very hard to see any marks on it whatsoever, so happy with it that I am now about to order a Pixel 8 Pro for myself, again in good condition, fingers crossed it will also be superb. I am so happy! First time buying through Back Market. I purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max 128gb in Sierra Blue. I ordered it at around 4pm and the next day it arrived. I chose ‘fair’ condition and honestly this phone looks brand new! No marks or scratches on the phone or screen whatsoever. The refurbishing company that the phone comes from was ‘All Stock Must Go’ via Back Market. Really impressed with Back Market and All Stock Must Go. I’ve saved a lot of money and I get a years guarantee. Couldn’t ask for better service!

OMG, this is such a bargain! I ordered iPhone 13 pro max in good condition and to my surprise it came in actually mint condition. It’s like brand new as if it just came out of its sealed factory packaging! My daughter is over the moon as it is her birthday present. I was definitely skeptical about buying a refurbished iPhone for sure, but when I saw a comment about how a lady got hers in fair condition, I said okay I would buy it and I placed the order for the excellent condition and boy ooh boy the crisp on the iPhone was immaculate, so amazing and in great condition, I really love it, however I just noticed that it finds it hard to really focus when I'm close to shots, so I don't know if it's a 13 pro max thing or the cameras have issues. other than that I love my phone

The phone was received in time, just with a few deep scratches on the screen but at that price. I will say it’s a good deal. I’ve saved a lot getting this refurbished iPhone. I hope to be back ordering again soon.

Ordered my refurbished device on a Friday night , it came first thing Monday morning. Ordered a good condition device and it came with almost no sort of scratches at all , just a slight scuff mark on the side but not noticeable at all and device runs perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with purchase

I was really nervous about buying a refurbished iphone from backmarket, but I figured if I wasn’t happy with it I could send it back as they offered returns within a certain amount of days. Didn’t need to worry! The phone arrived (it was from phones direct) 2 days later well packaged and in excellent condition. I can’t see any marks on it. I opted for a New battery and have no complaints so far. Communication was also brilliant, keeping me updated on delivery status. I will definitely be using again and will be recommending to others.
