Honestly - I am really pleased with the phone I ordered from Back Market. I could not believe how easy the whole process was. I My phone screen was completely dead and the cost of replacing it was almost the same as the price I paid for the phone I ordered. They keep me informed on the progress of the order and I was gobsmacked that I received the phone the very next day having only ordered it late afternoon the previous day! The phone came with a new charging lead and even the little pin thing that you need to remove the sim card from the old phone. I totally recommend these guys if you are thinking of getting a refurbished phone. Mine, although the same model, seems to be even better than my old phone, I also took out an extended warranty which seemed to be a very reasonable price. Thank you. Really pleased!

Got refurbished iphone xr for christmas, came in new condition not a mark on it and 97% battery health! 100% recommend will be back next month for the next chrsitmas present for sure!

Phone came in great condition, my son is really pleased with it. Was sceptical about buying refurbished tech but was proved wrong. Would highly recommend, phone was like brand new, no issues with battery, charge lasts a long time. Quick delivery, no issues whatsoever. Came with a 92% maximum battery capacity, no visible scratches on the screen or back of the phone, tiny bits of dirt built up around the camera lenses but was easily cleaned, small scratches around the charging ports but not visible once a phone case is equipped. Purchase was made on a Wednesday, was meant to come on the following Monday but was delivered on a Saturday. Incredible service. & I am happy with my purchase. Will recommend Black Market to anyone looking to get a refurbished phone for cheap. Will definitely be purchasing from here again. Note: The Phone was meant to come with a Sim Card ejection key but didn’t. (That’s fine, not a big deal). Note 2: Came with a small non-apple black iPhone charger. - Tyreese B
