My first time using Back Market so was a bit apprehensive, but I'm super happy with my phone! Phone looks in perfect condition to me. Battery life seems great. Would definitely use again in the future!

Purchased a Galaxy Samsung S21+ in purple listed as excellent. Must admit never having purchased refurbished before I was a little wary - opened box and it's beautiful it looks new 😁 If I have a concern it's the fact that I listen to audio books I hope the battery is as good as the phone - it seems to be🤞 My husband saw it and had instant phone jealousy😂 so I ordered an S21+ in black it has arrived and again looks like a new phone. I was looking for a replacement of my old samsung s6, I had seen back market advertised & as I didn't want to splash out for a brand new phone I gave them a try.I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but I needn't have worried.Phone I ordered was samsung s21+ in excellent condition & that's exactly what it came in,not a mark on it & even has original protective film on front & back,battery was at 78% but soon charged up to 100%, very well packaged & excellent delivery.Thanks back market one very happy customer 👍 10/1

Navigation on the site looking for a refurbished phone was really clear and well laid out. Nice not to see lots of drop down lists. Ordering the phone (Samsung S21+) was very straightforward and delivered very quick. The phone was well packaged and as I ordered the unit in Very condition, it was immaculate. It already had 70% charge, so I was able to this up and running, updated and tested without any issues. Thoroughly recommend backmarket, and will be ordering from them again. One suggestion though. Although you supply a USB cable, it would be helpful to provide a sim slot ejection pin. Luckily I had one, but not everyone will to hand.

I'm happy about my Samsung Galaxy 21+5G 256GB phone. Wow! I'm really enjoying it and my friends are jealous of it especially the protection accessories I bought to cover it. I couldn't see the screen protection with my phone happens?

No complaints whatsoever for this refurbished phone. As good as new (the alarm had an Indian accent to start with but I was able to turn the voice off after fiddling about for a bit). Well packaged and delivered on time. Phones do not seem to be evolving as fast as they did a few years back so, for me, it made sense to go for a refurbished, high end model from a few years ago. I have not been disappointed.

The phone I ordered works great, no complaints there, I'm very happy with it. The faults lie with the trade-in company 'Music Magpie' who offered £165 for my old phone which was as described - perfect condition. This was the reason I bought my current phone for nearly £300. Days went by after sending my old device and Music Magpie came back with a counter offer of £46!! Needless to say I rejected their silly offer and had the phone returned to me a few days later, not impressed having to find another buyer for my old device to make back some of the costs. However, found a different company who bought it for £140 so don't feel so hard done by now. Do not trust the website when they quote a price for your trade in, when in reality they will offer you pennies once you send it to them. "This link has not yet been refurbished"

Bought the Samsung S21+ for my son's birthday. Ordered it Friday arrived the very next day by 10 am! I did pay for the £5 extra delivery charge and was super impressed by how quick it arrived considering it was stating it would arrive on Monday. I was also very pleased with the condition and battery life on the phone. It far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be buying from you again in the near future. Great condition, but it appears to be s US Sourced phone. Had to reset to UK keyboard and use the 0000 zip code to register account However 30% cheaper than uk street prices and a returning buyer so we'll happy
