I ordered samsung s21 ultra,and it comes in very good condition. There are no scratches on the phone at all. It works like a new one . I would recommend to everyone it's better to buy refurbished on a half price than pay full price at store for a new one.

The seller was quick to ship the item, and it arrived in pristine condition. The only flaw was that there was a blockage in audio, but I took this to Apple who quickly ran a diagnostic and cleaned out the speakers. All other checks came back clear and they advised the phone was in great condition. Would definitely recommend if wanting to buy a refurbished phone, as the price was extremely competitive and the condition is brilliant.

I initially had some doubts about the wisdom of buying refurbished but now wouldn't hesitate to make a similar purchase. I opted for a Samsung ZFold 5 512Gb in condition described as Fair. The phone I received far exceeded my expectations. Refurbished by 4gadgets I couldn't honestly fault it. In terms of appearance and battery it was as good as new. I am quite a fussy person but in all honesty I couldn't see the difference between this refurbished model and a new one other than the price of course. I sincerely have no problem in recommending Back Market or 4gadgets to prospective purchasers. I will be back but I don't expect that to be very soon because I'm so pleased with my "new" phone.

I bought the Samsung S24 Plus (512GB) from Back Market just over a week ago. After ordering, I made the mistake of looking up Back Market reviews on YouTube and found a few bad ones—so I was already stressed, thinking I had made a bad decision. I chose the "Excellent" tier, and when it arrived, I inspected it closely, expecting scratches. I couldn't find a single one—except for the tiniest mark that I had to squint to see. Honestly, it looks like new. Then I tested the battery health with AccuBattery, expecting some degradation. It's at 97%! That's impressive for a refurbished phone. Now, about performance—this phone is an absolute beast. The speed is insane, the camera is top-tier (it even exposed all my wrinkles in high definition, but thankfully, AI fixes that, so I’m young again). I’m a heavy critic—if I find something wrong, I’ll update this review with a full-on rant. But so far, I can't find a single issue. The refurbishers, 4Gadgets, definitely deserve some credit for this one. If you're on the fence about Back Market, my experience has been 10/10 so far.

S22 ultra 512 gb, First time purchase refurbished Mobile in my life, really impressed from the condition of device, even I choose just fair one but its came in excellent condition like brand new scratch less body. Battery is also good and hopefully it will be good in future, because I just start using device one week ago . Thanks for the Backmarket. My next purchase will be 14 pro max in 3 months, thanks alot

Fantastic experience all round. This is my second refurbished phone purchased in 'fair' condition from back market and the second time I'm baffled by the near pristine condition of the handset. This S22 ultra looks and feels brand new.

This is the first time buying a refurbished phone so I was a little worried. I brought a phone in 'good' condition and have to say I'm so impressed. It's in near perfect condition and is working as if it was brand new. I paid extra for the faster delivery and it was delivered the next day. Will definitely be using this company again.

Exactly as described at a fair price. Perfect for my teen son who wanted a decent phone model but wasn’t fussy about new/refurbished. Very pleased with the product and service and would buy from Backmarket again.

I seriously have a thrilling experience with Back market. I orderd a Fair condition phone when I received the phone it was in excellent condition I was amazed, but the phone had some bootloop and wifi disconnecting issue I send the phone back for a replacement and I received the replacement phone in 4days and it's in fair condition but I can surely say that it's a used phone not a refurbished and I love this thing everything is original even the Spen and it's quite pocket friendly then local market. I'm excited to shop again in future from Bank market and do recommend people to try to buy from them.
