Very happy with the phone. Arrived very quickly and was in excellent condition. Only surprise was that the two ends of the charging cable it came with were identical rather than one fitting a USB port. This means the cable is only any use if I am happy to charge via my laptop

Item was in good condition and delivery was fast. However, I paid for a Galaxy Tab S7+ WiFi + 5G (SM-T976), but the item I received was Wifi-only (SM-T970). I didn't realise this until more than 30 days after my purchase, so couldn't exchange. I've learnt my lesson: remember to check the Model Name of the item you receive against the one you wanted to buy!

When I received the phone, I could not believe the excellent condition of it. It was listed as 'good' so I was expecting a few marks, but I cannot find one. There was a slight issue with the microphone having a bit of dirt in it that affected the calls, but this was easily remedied. I also traded in my old phone and got a very good price for it. I will definitely use Back Market again and happily recommend their service to anyone.

The phone itself is as expected for an excellent condition with hardly visible scratches and no dents. Battery life is 91% which is better than expected. Came with a charging cable. The only pitfall is it is coming without a box at all, which could cost the seller few quids only but complete the shape of a supposedly pristine condition.

Mostly ok except phone is blue not black. And the quality not what stated , but works OK pretty happy. Bye

Delivery was extremely fast and my phone arrived in the exact condition it was advertised, highly reccomend BackMarket!

I love the phone but it's got a line through the centre of the phone were it folds. I know it's not new but I thought the screen would be better. Is there anything I can do to it to make it not so noticeable without spending 100S on a new screen?

Initially it kept turning off and didn’t charge logically stating 75% one second then switching off and when it recovered saying nil % and switching itself off recovering and saying 43% etc - but after leaving it charging iovernight it eventually settled down.

very satisfied at how fast it arrived and how good the condition was considering i had my doubts as it sounds too good to be true but I'm very happy with what I was provided with and will definitely use this company again in the future 😊
