I recently purchased a product from BackMarket and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. From the swift delivery to the condition of the product, everything exceeded my expectations. I chose the "Excellent" condition option, and the product arrived in flawless condition with only two charge cycles—essentially brand new. I had a Mac book pro 2015 and needed to replace it. I was uncertain about buying a reconditioned device, never done it before. Bought a Mac book pro 2021 14 inches with M1 Pro 8 core. Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday morning. Can’t express my satisfaction. So far so too good. Arrived in its original box with original accessories too. Tried to work on it and also to connect to my remote workstation. Everything quite exceptional. Thank you Back Market. Will update the review in case of any issue.

laptop in good condition however the fingerprint reader does not work. when adding a finger it works but once the laptop is turned off your finger does not work. also the specs said it was touch screen which isn't true. over all a good laptop

I got the laptop on the 3rd delivery attempt as I wasn’t in. Came in well packed, had some smudges but wipes did fix that. The battery health is at 88%, thought it would be higher because i bought “excellent” but since it a 2020 release I get that. Setup was pretty easy and learning the ropes as this is my first MacBook after years of using pc. It’s a good deal!

I ordered a 2021 MacBook Pro with 16" screen, M1 Pro 10-core CPU, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD from AH Technology - was advertised as excellent condition. Delivery came as scheduled from DPD and was safely packaged. The laptop is indeed in excellent condition, showing virtually no signs of use. I compared it to my work-issued Macbook of the same spec which I received 2 weeks prior and I couldn't tell a difference. Battery had only 1 cycle on it - I assume it's a new one put in by the seller rather than the original but either way the laptop is in impeccable condition. I ran the onboard diagnostics tool and found no issues - keyboard, I/O ports, screen, webcam, mic all work completely fine. I've been using it nearly every day for the past two weeks or so for different things - programming, FaceTime, music - have had absolutely no issues. Also came with an official Apple 140W Charger and MagSafe cable. Didn't come in its original box but that's not an issue for me as long as the product itself is in good condition. Only small thing is that the keyboard is a US layout instead of UK layout but I kind of expected that from reading other reviews. Not a big issue for me as it's only 2/3 key...

I accidentally ordered the fair quality macbook pro and so I swiftly returned it for an excellent quality version. However, the fair was in surprisingly good quality, it had some nicks on it and the keyboard had some wear on it but the battery life was pretty good at 88% so overall a good purchase for someone who is more concerned about usage than feeling like it being a brand new laptop. Return was really simple as well and super swift on the refund. Overall great service

Purchased a MacBook Air 13.3 inch (2020), condition was advised as GOOD - I would say it was much better condition than good, probably excellent condition. I have had no issues with the exterior of the product not the working of the MacBook. Everything works perfectly. Extremely happy with the price and the product.

A beautiful example of a powerful MacBook. Flawless and gorgeous with original apple charger. No box, came with a standard box , well packed. Had a problem with the delivery but was sorted the same day so I got to pick it up. Would like to have been able to add insurance after purchase but that wasn’t possible. So add it before if you want it. Condition Excellent, battery almost new at 98%.
