I was a little nervous about buying a phone like this. Couldn’t have been more wrong. I bought an “excellent” condition Galaxy A for my son. It arrived the next day in what I would describe as “mint” condition. I’ll definitely use Back Market again.

I bought the iPad in the “fair” condition, expecting it to have a few scratches etc. The iPad was in perfection condition, not one scratch on it. It was easy to place the order and received fast delivery. I have used Back Market previously with no issues, and will use again if needed.

Damaged body. Probably fell off the hands of the original owner several times. Took longer to arrive (another device I ordered same day from another seller arrived 3 days earlier). Should have been a scrap but was repackaged and resold. I have returned the device and asked for my money back. Overall, this isn’t an experience you would love to have.

another fatly phone and now im stuck with is as they wont repair the issue so will not be using you again and will actively go out my way to discourage others from spending any money with you
