Ordering was great. Delivery was extremely quick! Brought this for my autistic 4 year old so I could link to my Apple account and he can watch this when out and about instead of my phone. I understand this site is second hand and what not but I wasn’t expecting to have to charge the iPad after a couple of hours of use. Netherless my child enjoys it.

Given our old computer a new lease of life. We can now use it without getting frustrated with the mouse disconnecting all the time. Excellent service and great to be using a recycled item.

I was a little nervous about buying a phone like this. Couldn’t have been more wrong. I bought an “excellent” condition Galaxy A for my son. It arrived the next day in what I would describe as “mint” condition. I’ll definitely use Back Market again.

I bought the iPad in the “fair” condition, expecting it to have a few scratches etc. The iPad was in perfection condition, not one scratch on it. It was easy to place the order and received fast delivery. I have used Back Market previously with no issues, and will use again if needed.

I was really nervous about ordering off Back Market after reading a lot of bad reviews and also...well the name 'back market' isn't entirely convincing. HOWEVER, I am a broke uni student who couldn't afford to be wary due to my macbook air I've had for ten years earning itself a well earned retirement. Thus I chose to purchase from a company that had a lot of good reviews. Despite choosing 'fair' condition, my macbook pro arrived in EXCELLENT condition!! Very happy with my purchase. Charger didnt work however but thankfully my macbook air charger works on it.

Excellent price of under £78 and I can't see anything that suggests that it's secondhand, so I'm very happy. Especially as this price included free delivery, which was tracked Royal Mail and a super fast service of only two days. I can't believe how lucky I am that a friend recommended your company. Plus my first Smart phone was also from you and I needed a newer model so that I could get the latest version of WhatsApp. Thank you so much for such a great service.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday. It takes ages to open after powering off, but otherwise, it looks immaculate and seems to work perfectly. She has only been using it for a couple of days, but besides the lag, when we had to shut down and then turn the power back on, you wouldn't really know the difference from new.

It comes as no surprise that I am a sceptic about re-furbished electrical items, but with the Back Market Guarantee and the quality of the refurb job next time i need tech i will certainly be back. I now believe if more people did this it would help the worlds resources re generate. Many thanks Paul
