Excellent website and great market place for buying used but still great electronics. Laptop arrived as described in good condition and saved me 66% of the original retail price 3 years ago. Great idea and excellent service.

I ordered this laptop with Klarna on the 24th of Nov on a Sunday, and it came early on the 29th of Nov when it was predicted to get here on the 4th of Dec which is great! I seriously needed a laptop and I planned to game (mainly the sims) and edit on it, I thought that this laptop was a good deal for my specs and the budget I had. I've already spent two weeks with this laptop and I seriously love it. It's responsive, I thought it didn't have a backlit keyboard and IT DOES! It surprised me, and it's like a pastel purple colour which I love. It's so lovely to type on it and I also game on this laptop, so far, It's not gotten too hot and I think it has pretty good heat management. I got fair quality and honestly you cannot tell it's fair, it only has a few scratches you literally don't notice unless you look hard enough in the light. Battery life is pretty good too, but I was suggest bringing a charger with you, and I like that you can tailor the battery for either performance or longer battery life, it's pretty useful and I like choosing depending on what I'm doing. I use this laptop with a wireless mouse and both the trackpad and the mouse on occasion and both are very fluid! good v...

The laptop is exactly as described in the specifications and performs exceptionally well, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, there were a few issues with the delivery process. The shipping confirmation was delayed, leaving me concerned at one point that I might have been scammed. Additionally, the UPS service chosen by the seller had multiple issues, including a lack of updates and several delays. The laptop arrived two days later than expected. Despite these hiccups, I'm very satisfied with the laptop itself.

Only real issue i have is a very loose usb port which is a bit of a pain if I move the laptop and it looses contact slightly. It must have been used the most by the previous owner.

This was my first time using your market place. The website is well laid out and offers all the information you require, with videos explaining the refurbishment process etc. I understand that you are reliant to an extent on the standards of the quality of your third party sellers, however you advocate that you have robust procedures in place to ensure the quality of third party sellers, sadly in my case you were let down by Anovix. The device I ordered was supposedly in excellent condition however the device I eventually received after a long delivery process was barely a fair standard. On a positive note your customer service department handled my complaints and subsequent return and refund process in a fair and timely manner. I would like to mention the efforts of your agent Kanto who was always prompt with his relies and reassurance, his efforts on my behalf were outstanding, for which I am grateful.

It's a wonderful computer, in great condition. You sent me the wrong power cords, mind, but Amazon sorted me out, so no worries x

Ordered, then wasn’t shipped off, not sure what happened but wasted a lot of time as I needed it for uni and if this was the case I could’ve merely bought one elsewhere.
