I'm basically really happy with the phone. The only thing is that the touch screen is a bit laggy - is this to be expected with a recycled phone? I can deal with it, as in all other respects it's a great phone, I just can't walk and blind type because it doesn't register my touches too easily...!

Moreover, the sound quality of the device proved to be subpar, rendering it nearly useless in various situations. This was unexpected, as a professionally refurbished phone should ensure optimal audio output. If this is an item specific review for the jbl earphones i am not very impressed. The sound for calls is pretty good but not for music. And the fit isn't good for me. This may be a natural ear shape matter but they're defo not for everyone imo, wish others a better experience .
