The Dell laptop is as stated on your website. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished item but have been pleasantly surprised. As an older person I just have to learn how to use it properly.

I came across this site by accident and I'm glad I did. I had ordered a reconditioned laptop from another source and was let down 3 times on the delivery. so I decided to cancel and get one from this site. not only was it a more superior laptop but it also arrived the next day. customer is more than happy with his upgrade to what he was getting but thanked me for the prompt service. 5 star service and will definitely be ordering again.

Good price, excellent service. It is the first time I have bought a refurbished product and I am very happy with my 'new' keyboard. It arrived well packaged, clean and in a better condition than I expected.

So far everything is great!! Support some of the software I use but I haven’t downloaded everything yet so take this with a grain of salt. No issues aesthetically though love how lightweight it is too

Very happy customer! I am very pleased with my purchase, what a bargain. The specs of the laptop are amazing for the price. I was about to buy a brand new laptop with lower specs for 4x the price of this used laptop. I paid for 'excellent' condition and the laptop is in perfect condition, except for a small blip on the screen that is noticeable only when the screen is completely black. I'm not going to complain, I was expecting worse and it's still an amazing deal. Other than that it's in pristine condition and working very well, I've had it for just under a week. Will be using back market for all my tech purchases going forward, why pay more?

Oh my goodness! Ordered yesterday & was with me today, this is the first time I've ordered & was a little apprehensive. If this seller is anything to go by, I would definitely purchase again here. Am in the process of leaving my job & giving back my works laptop & didn't want to spend a huge amount. Honestly, one of my best purchases. The storage amount is perfect for me and I love the touchscreen aspect. Only downside would be the battery life which could easily be fixed with a new battery. Overall I recommend this laptop heavily.

This is the third time I have chosen to buy from Back Market. Each time has been so easy to be able to define what my need were then be shown what they have that suits my needs. It’s an excellent system. I am 70 years old, and have been very impressed how easy this site is to work with. Only on one occasion did I have to speak to the seller as the computer could not run a program I needed the computer to run. They tried their hardest to try and sort out the problem but were unable to, and promptly refunded my money so I could go and buy the one I needed. They also gave me the detail of the specific computer I needed, even though they did not have one in stock. I have full confidence in this company, and have recommended them to all my family, who after viewing the site will be using them on next purchases of products they need. I would recommend to anyone to try this site before going anywhere else, it has saved me hundreds of pounds money, and hours of stress buying from an unknown person or company.

i think I will need to give you guys thumbs up, the laptop was actually clean I wasn't expecting something clean like that, the only issue I encountered was the laptop came with password which denied me access to the laptop after the third day I was using it, fortunately I contacted them about the issue and l was able to get help from them by sending flash drive to me to unlock the laptop,
