Great phone at a very good price. I would recommend choosing Back Market 2nd hand over buying privately because of the warranty, and tbh, you won't save much more, if anything, on the private market. I have just a couple of gripes: 1. The battery isn't recognised by the device, but that's because it's not an Apple original, which isn't a big issue; just would like to have known this prior to delivery. 2. The phone arrives in an completely unbranded package (which maybe intentional) for reasons of security and with no Back Market branding or any ID at all, which puts a bit of a downer on the experience.

Easy to order, good description, fast delivery. The quality and condition of the phone far exceeded my expectations, I’m extremely pleased and would highly recommend BackMarket.

Have used Back Market several times and the site is user-friendly, the selection is good, the prices are reasonable and customer service is amazing.

The app and website are easy to use and the process is simple and efficient, very happy with my purchase in fact so happy I ordered a second time
