Just perfect. I needed a new phone for my teenage son after he broke his last one. Can’t really afford a new IPhone and also happen to believe that children don’t really need the latest model ( they either get mugged or brake them ). He’s over the moon with his IPhone and I saved some serious money on a refurbished model. Win win.

Great phone at a very good price. I would recommend choosing Back Market 2nd hand over buying privately because of the warranty, and tbh, you won't save much more, if anything, on the private market. I have just a couple of gripes: 1. The battery isn't recognised by the device, but that's because it's not an Apple original, which isn't a big issue; just would like to have known this prior to delivery. 2. The phone arrives in an completely unbranded package (which maybe intentional) for reasons of security and with no Back Market branding or any ID at all, which puts a bit of a downer on the experience.

I pick the excellent grade 128 GB White in the Back Macket and there are small scratches on the screen but no other damage elsewhere. But it is frustrating that its battery health is only 80%. The rest is within acceptable range.

This was a gift for a friend who was reluctant to change his old mobile. I thought buying a refurbished iPhone for him would encourage him to start looking at new ones. However he is so delighted with his refurbished iPhone and says he doesn’t need to look for a brand new one at all! So thank you!
