Got my son a iPhone 13 Pro Max was advised it could come scratched wear and tear due to the price I payed but it come so fresh not one scratch in sight perfect condition all works fine and they even added a pack of sweets lol nice touch. My son was over the moon thank you

Super happy with this already looking into the next project/upgrade to replace my old laptop on this site. Only negative feedback is that with the cable of this iPad I didn’t actually get a plug… (shrug) And even though it’s refurbished, I think for the price you should still include that . Please get on that Back Market. Other than that super amazing! Cooooool!

There is huge selection of refurbished models and grades at sensible prices. I ordered a good condition and honestly it was like brand new, I am so pleased and so far had no issues. So not only a bargain but also helping the environment. Recycling at its best !

Great phone,no problem, quickly delivery. The phone barely had any scratches or anything, great condition (I would say perhaps just the barely as it runs out farely quickly but not bad for the price plus it's refurbished). My 3rd phone that I buy here and never disappoints.

Thank you Back Market! Phone arrived safely and on time. It's taken a few days to get to know the intricacies of Samsung which are new to me. I'm keeping an eye on battery life which is a bit lower than expected - but it performs well and over all I'm very happy with it.

Phone mostly works ok and looks in good condition. It has a non-Apple battery and screen, neither of which were advised of before purchase, but seem to work ok. However, there’s a major bug with showing app usage times, many of which are wildly overestimated.

Overall, everything’s perfect it works absolutely fine. One problem I do have with it is that I keep getting a notification saying that the phone doesn’t recognise the battery as an Apple battery… it doesn’t seem to have affected anything but maybe it will in the future

To be honest when I bought this phone I thought I’d get one that wasn’t too functional and with scratches but when the phone came it had no scratches and it’s battery health was 100% but there’s one problem with the screen because it isn’t a certified apple part and is third party causes the phone to tweak out sometimes but I just have to restart it apart from that the only other problem is the battery because it seems to go down a bit too fast apart from all that this phone is a dream!!!
