I ordered an IPhone 13 for my daughter. We selected fair condition, and I have to say there was hardly a mark on it! I will definitely use Back Market for future purchases, and I got money back when I traded in my daughters old phone. Win win!

Got my son a iPhone 13 Pro Max was advised it could come scratched wear and tear due to the price I payed but it come so fresh not one scratch in sight perfect condition all works fine and they even added a pack of sweets lol nice touch. My son was over the moon thank you

Super happy with this already looking into the next project/upgrade to replace my old laptop on this site. Only negative feedback is that with the cable of this iPad I didn’t actually get a plug… (shrug) And even though it’s refurbished, I think for the price you should still include that . Please get on that Back Market. Other than that super amazing! Cooooool!

Great phone,no problem, quickly delivery. The phone barely had any scratches or anything, great condition (I would say perhaps just the barely as it runs out farely quickly but not bad for the price plus it's refurbished). My 3rd phone that I buy here and never disappoints.

Ordered the Google pixel 6pro on Monday, delivered on Tuesday morning. The phone looks like brand new. I was sceptic about ordering a refurbished phone, but didn't want to spend thousands for a new one. I must say I am absolutely happy with the decision I made. Thank you Back Market!

Needed to up grade from Samsung a12. However didn't want to spend, money on a new phone. So went for refurbished Samsung S20 128GB. No issues in ordering from black market, process was straight forward. Phone arrived very quickly, well packed. On opening the phone it looks new, can not find any marks or blemishes. So yes very pleased with my phone. Most likely be back, next time i need to change my phone. Thanks to al at BM..

Honestly I bought a Good condition iPhone 12 Pro and when I opened the box I counldnt tell the difference from new , no scratches at all I wasn’t as pleased with the battery health I know back market states it will be 85% or higher but I was expecting more when it turned up at 85% still can’t complain as the phone is refurbished and used before , also it obviously had some issues in the past as it does not have a genuine Apple screen or camera probably due to a breakage but it’s otherwise great value for the price and I couldn’t be more pleased setting aside the downfalls .I would recommend you buy of back market just don’t expect it to go all accordingly and check everything is working before the 14 return date .

Thank you Back Market! Phone arrived safely and on time. It's taken a few days to get to know the intricacies of Samsung which are new to me. I'm keeping an eye on battery life which is a bit lower than expected - but it performs well and over all I'm very happy with it.
