Arrived quickly, no marks or scratches, set up was also fine like a new phone, the condition of battery is very good. It's a bargain compared to a new phone. Thank you Back Market, I'm coming for another phone again.

Had an issue initially as an ipad with the incorrect storage was shipped originally (though super quick) . Returns process was really simple and it took about a week to get the correct replacement so problem solved with zero hassle or argument. My one issue was that it was shipped 24h tracked rather than signed for, so if it didn't fit through the letterbox my postie would likely have left it on my step which is obviously a bit risky.

Anther excellent purchase from Back Market! The iPad looked completely new with hardly any noticeable wear and tear. Works perfectly. Delivery was great. Every new phone I get for myself or my kids I always get them from off this site. I've never ever once had a problem with any of them. The delivery is always really quick too and you are kept updated frequently with the delivery process. I also had my daughters laptop from here a few years back and she still uses it all the time now for course work etc. I won't buy phones etc from anywhere else now 😊

Item itself was in great condition and works perfect but the packaging for the postage left much to be desired. no Fragile warning so it was posted through letterbox in plastic bag with minimal bubblewrap.

I am very happy with this phone which I bought to replace a 2020 SE version of the same phone that had battery issues. Phone was in excellent condition and had a much superior battery than the one I already had and it was purchased at a very competitive price. Customer service and delivery times were excellent.

delivery was good, & overall i'm really pleased with my new phone. The only thing i'd say against anything is that the advert decribed the phone as in excellent conditon but there is a bit of a ghost image on the screen where you can see apps that were once there so i would't say the condition is as good as i'd hoped. Having said that though they only show in certain conditions & don't bother me too much and other than a couple of other little marks its pretty good so for the price i'd say it was a good purchase

No scratches whatsoever, the box was a bit ruined but that doesn’t matter at all. The battery is in good condition, haven’t had to give a second charge throughout a day at all, while having anctive workout tracking for 2 hours and have never seen under 40%, except from when it was delivered. Functions great and no issues.
