My husband and I have had 2 smart phones off you and 2 IPads. There was a problem with his IPad but it’s all sorted now. We would not have been able to have afforded brand new so this is a brilliant way of experiencing Apple technology. Thank You

The tablet arrived promptly and is in far better condition than I could have imagined. Have had it a week, transferring everything from my last one was seamless and, touch wood, everything seems to be working perfectly. Amazing price and looks great too given its age and fair condition. May never buy a new laptop ever again!

would highly recommend back market. Have used them for most iPhones that we have bought. The recent one was ordered for incorrectly which was my fault. I needed the 128gb but ordered the 64gb. I returned the item and the money had been refunded quickly. super impressed. All phones we have purchased have never had issues. 10/10.

Was a bit sceptical at first due to price being so low However when the phone was delivered with no marks on it and in full working order was pleasently supprised Delivery and comunications were great too Would recomend and will definatly be using again

What a 5** service by back market and the seller. It was a Christmas present. i was not sure if its going to turn up before Christmas as i have ordered it very very late. but they did a good job and it was delivered today. Definitely going to recommend Back Market to others.

I have to admit I was a bit worried about buying a refurbished iPad not directly from Apple but I’ve been absolutely delighted with everything. The iPad is great, works perfectly and it’s hard to tell that it’s not new. Delivery and communication were all spot on too so I’d definitely buy from here again. I also love the greener impact of buying refurbished instead of new. Thank you

My wife's old iPad would not update to latest zoom update... so bought refurbished later version.. Everything so far has been perfect... battery life is as always an unknown but I've had a pixel 4a phone from Back Market before and that has been very good so no hesitation in sourcing another product..

Arrived quickly, no marks or scratches, set up was also fine like a new phone, the condition of battery is very good. It's a bargain compared to a new phone. Thank you Back Market, I'm coming for another phone again.

Delivered on time and you would think the iPhone was brand-new 👍 I will never buy a new phone again.. i’m telling everybody I know to use Back Market. It’s been two weeks since I’ve received it and no problems, thank you very much I will be Back 😃
