Purchased the phone for my daughter's birthday. She is delighted with it. The condition was fantastic, looks almost new! I've never bought a reconditioned phone before but will definitely do it again. It arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Happy customer and would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased an iPhone from Back Market and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Initially, my tracking information showed that the delivery would be by July 30th, but to my pleasant surprise, it arrived on July 27th. The condition of the phone is outstanding—absolutely no scratches, and it looks as good as new. Additionally, the battery health is at 100%, which is fantastic. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it came with a USB to Lightning cable; I was expecting a Type-C to Lightning charging cable. Other than that, the service exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Back Market for anyone looking for quality refurbished phones. Great job!

I’m very happy with my ‘phone. Feels and looks like a brand new one. The only slight worry - when I turned it on a message came up saying it wasn’t an apple battery but it works anyway so hope it doesn’t cause problems down the line.

I received my phone from click2Go in the excellent condition, I've only started using it today but from what I can see so far this phone is amazing! It looks brand new there were no scratches dents or marks anywhere on the phone, I would definitely say when getting an excellent condition phone you're essentially buying a new phone for half the price! Mine came with a 12 month free warranty as well which is fab. The charge doesn't drain too quickly but it's expected with a Samsung that it doesn't stay all that long. All in all a brilliant purchase which I'm very happy with I would definitely recommend

Purchased for my elderly mum as a replacement to her 5th generation iPad. I’m used to purchasing reconditioned items from various sellers so I thought it might be a good idea to head down that road with the IPad. This is the time I’ve used backmarket. Easy enough to navigate website and IPad was delivered when stated. Customer services not used so unable to comment. As mentioned in product header the condition was considered ‘good’. The iPad had some grubby marks and scratches on the back, but that didn’t bother her as that’s all hidden away within a very tough case I purchased separately from Amazon. She’s had the iPad for a week and she only uses it for brain games / TV / photos and the odd email. Therefore, it’s hard to comment on its long term reliability at this stage.

The item came on time and in the condition as expected. I wasn't sure that the colour of the phone matched the colour ordered, but my 13 year old daughter wasn't bothered, as she was exited about having a new[er] phone. The phone works perfectly, and she loves it. A shame that the charging brick wasn't included.

Everything was easy to do from research to ordering & delivery very prompt. The item was brand new & I'm absolutely thrilled with it. What a fantastic website ! I'll always buy from here ! Great product & excellent quality and service.
