My Samsung tablet arrived in pristine condition. I'm yet to say I'm fully happy with th battery life. But seeing it is refurbished, it seems adequate for my current needs. Excellent Experience with ClickandGet & Backemark – Highly Recommended! I am really happy with the product I received from Backemark and ClickandGet. I had bought a Galaxy S20 Ultra from them three years ago, and it’s still working perfectly. That gave me confidence to upgrade to the Note 24 Ultra. I ordered one in “excellent condition” and I’m very impressed. Delivery was super fast, and the phone arrived in great packaging, looking like brand new. It works perfectly and looks fantastic. It would’ve been nice if they had included the original charger, but everything else was spot on. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and quality of the phone. I highly recommend ClickandGet and Backemark to anyone looking for reliable refurbished phones.

The phone condition was pretty good given I ordered one with excellent condition. The only problem I would like to highlight was that this phone was not factory reset correctly. When I switched it on, it appeared someone already tried setting it up. I found this when I was installing apps and migrating my WhatsApp from old phone to this one. I noticed that phone was in developer mode. Which could also be a security risk, given there could unverified apps running. I had to factory reset myself, wasting my hours of effort. I am a regular backmarket user, and it's first time I encountered this problem. Irrespective of this one of issue, I must say backmarket is one of the best platform for refurbished product.

Bought the phone at excellent condition came within 2 days looked brand new came with no scratches or dents or any wear on the glass screen and back aswell as the aluminium chasis. Battery came at 100% !! Cannot tell the difference between a new and refurbished 😄 only downfall is it only comes with an after market lightning cable which isnt anything to be bothered about tbf

I didn't want to a buy a brand new cheap model phone. So I found this website and decided to go for a couple year old phone as I've always wanted a pixel but didn't want to spend a stupid amount. The quality and condition of the phone is absolutely brilliant. I'm even considering getting a console from here in the near future and I never usually buy refurbished goods after previous experiences, but these arrived and work like they're brand new out of the box. 100% recommend

I had slight reservations about buying a phone that was sold as refurbished. I wanted a brand new one! Turns out though I literally did get a brand new one! The condition of the phone was remarkable. There was only the tiniest of marks on it which took a good inspection to find. The battery life is fantastic and the capacity was about 84% if my memory serves me right. Couldn’t recommend Back Market enough and will definitely use in future.

The iPad I purchased was pristine,for a refurbished product, best price ,and believe me I scoured the net. I also received adapter and charging cable,which I never have with other refurbished products I have bought.👍
