Sorry I've taken so long to get back to you but I've only just got round to plugging the new iPod in. Your initial service was great (very prompt) and the condition of the item was as new, almost pristine. And it works! So, kudos to BackMArket!!

There was a slight delay with my delivery, but other than that I couldn't be happier with my iPod. It's working brilliantly and it's just what I wanted. iPod's are like gold dust now, so I was really happy to find a site that not only sold them, but ensured they were cleared of old stuff, checked over and made saleable. even though the one i picked out was sold out back market sent me another device but just a different colour i was really pleased with what they sent out in replace of the original one i choose.. i will be buying from them again...

Highly recommend this seller! 4 stars instead of 5 because it came with 80 percent battery percentage the minimum. Would rather that than being replaced with a low quality battery so can not complain. Everything works great screen, camera and tasks are a daily breeze. No scratches or anything but I went with excellent and I would recommend everyone else does the same. Was hesitant because there was no phone reviews but just iPod reviews but the BEST decision biting the bullet. Also heads up back market ships out only on Monday -Friday
