A small dent in the case and some delamination of the power key were the only small imperfections, on an excellent grade selection, otherwise it's a decent purchase...I'm happy with the performance and overall quality

Partner is very happy with the laptop and it was delivered on time too. Definitely a good laptop for someone who needs it for simple tasks like working on documents, emails, watching movies etc.

I got what I wanted delivery had a delay because of my location but I am very satisfied I have no problems so far

Worked for long enough for me to set up user accounts and then overheated, random crashes and shutdowns and screen half pink. I couldn’t fix it at all because every time I tried it shut down and crashed before I could make the changes. I can’t see how this refurbished laptop was checked at all before sale.

Great service again from Back Market. Bought this laptop for my daughter after hers stopped working. She's had it a couple of months now and it's brilliant. Almost like new. Great value.
