Woooo - I LOVE Backmarket! New Dell Inspiron worked out of the box - loaded with Windows 11 - seamless - the order arrived almost immediately - and for £250 it’s a great laptop for personal use - emails, net surfing and streaming videos😹😹👍🎉🎉 And for a device in fair condition it looks great / screen and keyboard are mint - one tiny flaw on outer case but for the price it’s what’s inside that counts and that’s guaranteed refurbished and that’s working just fine😹

I have been using my new laptop for the past 20 days, and so far I've had a great experience with it. The laptop came in perfect condition and all parts work as expected. Additionally I was very surprised by the battery life, which lasts for hours even when I'm programming.

A small dent in the case and some delamination of the power key were the only small imperfections, on an excellent grade selection, otherwise it's a decent purchase...I'm happy with the performance and overall quality

Excellent Quality, Almost brand new! Turn around was 3-4 days over a weekend, no issues there Windows was ready to use, and activated. Would use again!

Partner is very happy with the laptop and it was delivered on time too. Definitely a good laptop for someone who needs it for simple tasks like working on documents, emails, watching movies etc.
