So far so good! My first time buying refurbished goods. Safe to say I will do so again. A few scratches but the screen is in perfect condition :) Looking forward to using it everyday :) I recommend!

I recently bought a MacBook Pro Retina 16-inch (2019) – Core i7, 16GB, 512GB SSD from Black Market at an amazing price, and I couldn’t be happier! The laptop arrived much earlier than expected and was in immaculate condition, just as described. Everything works perfectly, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality tech at great prices. Super happy with my purchase!

Both Backmarket and the device were brilliant. Backmarket made purchasing and understanding what you're getting super straight forward. They enable you to purchase used refurb devices which help the environment, with th security of a returns and warranty promise. The PixelBook Go, whilst a few years old now, is fast and although purchase under the 'Good' condition was delivered looking perfect! Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

The laptop is pretty good and works great,my only issue is that the battery never goes beyond 80% even after charging for 10 hours plus.Besides that,the battery drains so quickly even with minimal use.

This is the 4th item I've purchased from Backmarket and I've been highly delighted with all of them. Accurate descriptions on all items and quick delivery. I ordered my Chromebook for delivery on the 31st December however, It arrived on Christmas eve - one day after ordering. Condition is exactly as described, very good clear touchscreen. Folds back so can be used as a tablet - just an all round great product at a fraction of the cost new. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

At first, there were a few concerns, but thanks to the prompt support from Back Market, everything was resolved. I finally received a laptop that meets the expected specifications and is in proper condition. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome. Great service, could only get student discount via student beans that were really hard to get ahold of so due to some fumbling I didn’t actually end up getting my discount, but it was only for £20 off anyway. Laptop arrived before estimated delivery date and I love it!

Got this from back market, ‘good condition’ and what a bargain 🥰 literally was in amazing condition, looked like it was barely used and yeah there was very tiny scratches there and there (none on the screen) which wouldn’t bother anyone, like no one would notice it from a meter distance I guess But yeah it worked completely fine as well, even some moderate editing on DaVinci Resolve : ) I did refund but that’s only because I’m planning to just upgrade to a MacBook M series
