I was really nervous about buying a refurbished ipad from backmarket but I am really pleased bought fair so expected a few dings and dents but nothing that affected any buttons the screen was perfect and in a case hides everything. This site was recommended by my daughter who bought an ipad for her daughter and was pleased. I would recommend black market and have to everyone my son is going to also purchase an ipad and I will also use in the future thank you

I needed a fairly basic laptop for work, mostly for internet research and photo storage but didn’t want to buy new for such a small amount of work. As usual the exact thing I needed was available for a very reasonable price on your website. Came earlier than estimated by DPD. some very minor scuff marks at the underside of Chromebook which seller stated can have but very unnoticeable. Absolutely great works well for what it’s needed for. I would definitely recommend backmarket cheap and refurbished but is definitely worth the price. It comes well packaged also!

ordered ‘good’ and came practically brand new, no issues with the body whatsoever. Also came very early than the expected delivery date✊✊. The iPad itself is brilliant for refurbished, was a bit worried at first as i’ve never ordered refurbished tech before but defo exceeded expectations! All for good money too :)

Perfect! So I ordered my MacBook Pro 16" in excellent condition and it did not disappoint. There are no signs of any use on the keyboard, and no scratches or marks anywhere after a thorough look round! After checking the battery health it is sitting at 97% battery health, which considering it is a 3/4 year old laptop is incredible. In conclusion I'm very happy with my product and can confidently say I would happily buy from this retailer again!

There were a wide range of products to choose from at a price that we were happy with. Pleased that there was the additional insurance ... just in case! If we look really closely, we can see that the keys had been used but other than that the MacBook Air was in really good condition. Brilliant too that you are delivering to the Isle of Man.

It arrived in great condition. A few days early with the delivery which I'm definitely not going to complain about! One tiny dent at the top, but it didn't affect the performance whatsoever. Great refurbished product overall. Would recommend!

I ordered ‘good’ condition but as far as I can see, it looks perfect! Really great product, will be ordering more Apple products in the future from Back Market :) Didn’t come with a charger but no problem for me as I have an extra one.
