I bought this phone for my husband to upgrade him from a Samsung A03 to an Excellent grade Samsung A54 after doing a bit of research. He is blown away by the smooth and fast scrolling, clear images, bright colours, incredible screen and better camera and now has room for more apps which are easier to use on this phone. He used to get frustrated when filling in forms on his old phone but that’s much easier now. I have an iPhone 11 but I’m even impressed how smooth it is to use. He didn’t want a top of the range phone but it feels so much better than his old phone. It was easy to transfer from the old phone with the Samsung Smart Switch app, but we had to transfer WhatsApp separately as it didn’t transfer over. It is indeed in excellent condition and we are very happy with this purchase. I wanted to buy a used phone but it feels like new and I won’t ever buy new again. It was delivered the next day even though I didn’t request next day delivery. Very good service.

this is the second time I've used you guys for a phone . First one was a I phone 12 mini for my son and was in amazing condition my son loves it. second phone was for me Samsung note 20 again fast delivery both came a day before the delivery date and again my phone amazing condition pretty much brand new I will always use you guys for now on

Purchased an A55 Samsung 256 GB described as 'Excellent Condition' & it certainly is. Phone arrived very promptly via DPD & phone is in Perfect condition with no obvious scratches or damage at all. I've uploaded the latest Android version to 14. It did not arrive with a cable despite saying one was included but I've got loads so it wasn't an issue. It was more than I was thinking of paying but then it is a fairly new phone coming out early 2024 so I'm hoping it lasts a few years Regarding Back Market I did check reviews and all were very good so I had no concerns buying from a company I had never dealt with before. I think if there are any issues I'm sure this company will resolve them as the phone is guaranteed parts & labour for a year. All in all I am happy with my new (ish) A55 Samsung & Back Market

this phone isn't great, but sluggish, the face unlock is piss poor, and getting it to unlock any other way is frustrating, as usual Samsung tries to force their own apps and software on you, think I'll be going back to a pixel soon

Third time purchasing a refurbished phone from Back Market, always great service and a high quality product.

I chose “good” condition and honestly I feel it was excellent so wanted to leave a review, quick delivery, all packaged well with a brand new charger, couldn’t be happier and got it for an absolute bargain!!

I purchased this for significantly cheaper than elsewhere I checked. It was in "good" condition and it didn't have a mark on it, battery is as good as my old pixel which had broke. So I was very happy with the purchase . I don't think I'll ever buy new again when you get good deals from company's such as back market.

This is the second time I have used Black Market. The first being to purchase a small ipad for use with a drone. This time was to upgrade my Galaxy R52 for an A22 Ultra. All went swimmingly other than a slight mix up for the payment of the former probably due to my missing the requirement to send in a requested item for verification which I had missed . This done, the money was in my bank within 3 days. Very happy with the updated phone (particularly the camera amazing app) and I should be good for another 3 years!
