Third time purchasing a refurbished phone from Back Market, always great service and a high quality product.

I had ordered a 13 inches laptop. But received a 12 inches. I felt disappointed and mis-lead about the size as I wanted something slightly bigger. Otherwise it seems a good device. I needed the laptop for immediate use, hence I didn't have the luxury of time to return it. So I have accepted to use it.

Really pleased with my new old S22 Ultra. It's like new and honestly could not tell it was a refurb. Great service from Back Market too

The phone is working perfectly fine,arrived well packed,look nice and perfect conditions. Only problem is the battery is not last all day but i will buy new battery because the phone is working fine.
