I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”. I was absolutely over the moon to not only receive an excellent condition model, already higher memory and cheaper than expected, but the company had provided me with a 1TB model out of good w...

After much reading and investigation I decided to make a purchase via Back Market. I needed a powerful laptop to assist me with my photography and post production which I do enjoy. To even consider a specification that I would really like was out of the question for a brand new system. I have made a huge saving. I order quite late on a weekday and my new MacBook Pro was delivered before midday the next day. Amazing service. I even called the chap that had left his details on my new laptop to ask if I had any problems late the day that I took delivery…..just to say thanks. He even answered my call. I have made another purchase since this was delivered. I cannot fault Back Market. There ethic is sound and makes sense. Give it a go. You are covered with a 30 day return policy if you are not happy. You will save lots of money and help with recycling, which has to be a good thing. Go on…give it a go.

Condition was 'fair'—there are 3-4 very minor dents in the metal casing mainly around one corner. Screen, keypad, top and bottom are all perfect. Quite frankly, I'd have described this as 'good'; the damage is barely perceptible and I was expecting much worse. Battery seems healthy, charges normally and loses about 10% per day on standby. Laptop came with genuine Apple charger. Fingerprint sensor works perfectly. The only defect I have discovered is that ApplePay will not work owing to some security-related component being changed in an Apple-unapproved manner. I don't particularly care about this but it should be noted. Laptop arrived after just 2 days on standard delivery. Very happy with it and very happy to recommend The TA1 Mac Store for their excellent service.

I find it good, should not be so worried about the battery performance as its a refurbished model. But it works great !

Other priories dictated a delay in unpacking. Impressed with packaging and the computer but the power cable is very dirty, very long and was sheduled for its next safety check August 2018 - its now January 2025. Power cable was very tight to insert and (at age 83) I hope I do not damage the computer when I replace this lead. Will Back Market supply this replacement lead : 1.5 metre length is what is required. Getting an Apple account was quite a problem - eventually done via iTunes. Now I have to get software that will enable me to continue writing my book and managing family finances etc - should not be a problem - but will not be attempted fro a few days : other priotities again.

The macbook came in a pristine condition and it works very well, great item for a refurbished MacBook.

I loved how simple it was to buy the laptop itself, It’s an amazing way to buy a laptop refurbished it is almost identical to the real thing.

Very happy with the product. My first purchase and the MacBook arrived earlier than expected, the laptop had no scratches and was like new. Though it didn't come with the original charger plug they supplied with an Anker charger which is just as good. Will be ordering with back market again.

Love this Chromebook! In perfect condition. Does exactly what I need and more. Unlocking with my phone and touch screen were a fun bonus! Would recommend this for anyone that needs a laptop for day to day tasks. Love the chrome OS too.
